[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent enough dishwasher; the cutlery top rack is a nice feature; we were able to take out the bottom insert to make more room, thanks to it; the tines seem to be designed for plates more than bowls, so we feel like we actually fit less in the bottom than in our old dishwasher; the major pain point is the drying - it does not dry! their troubleshooting FAQs suggest adding a rinse aid to help with drying; I don't know why that's the best option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job. The storm wash or heavy duty cycles are long, but everything is clean. The capacity is great, however I would suggest a tighter pattern in the lower and middle racks to accommodate smaller items. We have not used the smart technology to any extent so far. It is nice to look in the app and see time remaining. Very happy so far with our purchase.

This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet dishwasher! Love the upper rack for lids and long utensils! We have had this dishwasher nearly a year and LOVE it! With plenty of space it does an amazing job cleaning! We have not used the wifi on it yet so I cant speak to the technology! But it is wifi capable!

This dishwasher does not dry, doesn’t have the capability of drying like the other glass face bespoke that I had previously. it opens to dry, so I have to dry my dishes after they’re washed! It completely confounds me how you have all this technology, but I still have to hand dry my dishes to put them away or let them sit for a couple days! Who in the world even thought that that was a good idea… OK so the stainless still doesn’t get fingerprints what does that matter when I’m too busy drying my dishes all the time I barely see the front, cause I have to keep my dishwasher open. Just absolutely ridiculous. I loved the one I had previously but unfortunately after just a year of buying the bespoke glass front for 700+ dollars it just stopped working. This is completely disheartening in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher so far. Very easy to use and super quiet during operation. Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

My old Samsung dishwasher died so we replaced with this one. The washer itself is great so far. My disappointment is in the fact that in the specs I read, It said the bottom rack had folding tines but in fact does not. My old one did and that was the selling point on why I picked this one. I’m surprised Samsung would not deliver what was in the specs.

The dishwasher seems to work fine, it’s the seller and delivery I have a problem with Was supposed to arrive December 10 didn’t arrive until December 24, just got message they will install on the 21st January would have a dishwasher sitting in the kitchen for a month then we were told they wouldn’t hot wire that is the only way to hook it up I will never buy this way again
