Beware of top drawer adjustment (or lack thereof)
I bought this back in July 2024, and I wish I had done a lot more research. The 3rd drawer is great, but the caveat and deal breaker is that the drawer where you usually put glasses only has 2 adjustments. So if you put tall glasses in and lower it, then you cannot put full size plates on the bottom rack. If you leave it in the high slot, you can't put tall glasses in because they will collide with that 3rd rack. Such a sad and easily fixed issue! In hindsight, I went back to the store and many other dishwashers have the glass drawer incrementally adjustable, and according to me and my tape measure, everything would fit just fine using that, so it's not rocket science. If they would offer an adjustable replacement part, I'd jump on it, but alas, this is not something they do at this time. Then the second week of January 2025, the door that is only supposed to crack when the cycle is finished is now opening all the way down flat, becoming a tripping hazard. At least that one is supposed to be covered under warranty. I am so very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Dishwasher was installed by the builder at our beach condo. The dishes are clean at the end of the cycle and it's very quiet. The cycle is over an hour quicker than my dishwasher at home. My only pet peeve is that I wish the dishes were a bit dryer when finished.
A Blend of Functionality, Technology, and Style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke Smart 46 dBA Dishwasher with StormWash, and it has completely transformed my kitchen experience! This dishwasher is a game-changer in every sense, offering a seamless blend of functionality, technology, and style. One of the standout features of this dishwasher is its 46 dBA noise level. Incredibly quiet, it allows me to run the dishwasher at any time of the day without disrupting my household's peace. I can even enjoy a conversation in the kitchen without any annoying background noise. The StormWash technology effortlessly tackles even the toughest, stuck-on food residues, making pre-rinsing almost obsolete. I no longer have to worry about spending extra time scrubbing dishes before loading them. This not only saves me time but also conserves water in the process. The customizable and modular design of the Samsung Bespoke Smart dishwasher adds a touch of personalization to my kitchen. I love that I can choose from a variety of color options and panels to match my kitchen's aesthetic perfectly. The Smart features of this dishwasher have made my life so much easier. The smartphone app allows me to monitor and control the dishwasher remotely, so I can start a cycle while I'm on the go. The ability to receive notifications when a cycle is complete is a fantastic addition, ensuring that I can promptly unload my dishes. Inside, the adjustable racks and flexible layout provide ample space for dishes of all shapes and sizes. From delicate glassware to large pots and pans, the dishwasher accommodates everything with ease. The lighting panel is a thoughtful touch that adds both practicality and a touch of elegance. The Samsung Bespoke Smart 46 dBA Dishwasher with StormWash has exceeded my expectations in every way. Its whisper-quiet operation, advanced cleaning technology, customizable design, and smart features have truly elevated my kitchen experience. If you're in the market for a dishwasher that combines innovation and style flawlessly, this is undoubtedly the one to consider.
Amazing Dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung dishwasher - DW80CG5451SRAA is a Smart dishwasher. The functions are displayed very well and hidden. It has the StormWash setting, which is so great, and cleans everything so well, the 3 racks are adjustable and there is so much room space to load all the dishes and pans. I love how the dishwasher is so quiet, that sometime i barely know if it's on or not, but this is where the SmartThings app come in! It is so easy to set up, connects so fast and Oh boy i am able to control it, get notification once the dishwasher is done, and the best part is that the door pops open to air dry. How can you not love this! Now i always look forward to doing the dishes. I would highly recommend, this dishwasher.
WARNING!!
This WARNING applies to any large appliance on the Sams Club site. Sams Club does not deliver or install this product (as it appears in the description). The vendors lie to Sams and in turn Sams lies to the customers. I ordered this dishwasher on 4/8/26 and it was delivered late on 4/27/26. Today on 5/16/26 it is still sitting in my living room. The guys that delivered it didn't know how to install the product or remove the current working dishwasher that we had. The delivery team broke my working Kitchen Aid dishwasher by pulling on the door to try and remove it. The door won't close now because it's bent. They neglected to unscrew it from the tabs holding it in place. So, I called Sams Club and they apologized and said they would get someone out to install it right away. That was on 4/27/26!! Today is 5/16/26!! They also filed a claim for the property damage. But, that's all they do...file a claim. Nothing has been done for 3 weeks. Its all third party vendors and insurance companies. Sams has no control over the situation and they are totally at the mercy of these third party companies. So, if you think you are getting quality service from Sams like in the club...your are NOT!! The sad part is that my wife has been washing dishes now by hand for 3 weeks! I asked Sams club how they valued the time of a homemaker. They just respond with...you will be compensated appropriately. Which so far is zero. So, I guess they value homemakers at zero!

Sam's will not install hardwired.
do not purchase a dishwasher from Sam's club if your current dishwasher is hardwired, and expecting them to install it. they WILL NOT INSTALL IT. I was under the assumption that I would get the delivery, then a third party would come to install the dishwasher, because it's a complex install. maybe I missed the fine print that says they will not install a hardwired dishwasher. so if your current dishwa5 is plugged in, by all means use Sam's. since they won't install I'm returning this and going elsewhere.

Not worth it!
I wouldn't know how this dishwasher works since the RXO company, the one that Sam'sClub uses to deliver and install appliances, has installed the dishwasher yet. It has been over a week without a dishwasher. I have called the company 3 times to set up a date to install...each time the person tells me they have put in a "special work order" and a note that says "ASAP". And yet, nothing...the install team from RXO has yet to even contact me. I don't think I would buy another appliance from Sam's Club as long as they use RXO to deliver and install...this is one of the most disorganized companies I have dealt with in my life. Why they can't have delivery and install done at the same time or at least have those departments of their company on the same page is bewildering to me. Sam's Club might just lose me as a member after being with them since 1998. Ridiculous!

Quiet operation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet operation, cleans dishes well, holds more than our old Bosch, and love the upper rack. Only had one month, so long term reliability still unknown.
Good Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way it looks. Especially because it matches my refrigerator. It it quite and cleans dishes well.
8.5/10 Great so far.
Got this during a sale $575 (included install). That price cannot be beat. Unit itself is RICKDICULOUSLY quiet. Almost too quiet. First time I ran it, I wasn't sure it was even running. Controls are somewhat non-intuitive (you have to click a power button with little feedback, then select a cycle, then click Run, then close it and it waits a few seconds before it starts.) That's different from every other dishwasher I've used (which had a handle lock on it.) Anyway ... how does it work? I thoroughly clean dishes of debris BEFORE I put them in to keep the washer in good running order, so keep that in mind. As few food particles go into it. I don't do heavily greased up pots and pans in it ... just dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Works great for this. I use the cheapest Sams dishwasher pods and some Jet Dry stuff. Machine pops open once the drying cycle completes so you know it's done because otherwise, it's so quiet you'd never know.
