Quick fix oven meal under an hour. Can add chips and salsa and veggies if you want but actually this is enough on its own. It's stuffed very generously with shredded chicken and lots of cheese. Excellent flavor. Fed six of us and we were full and it was gone.

These enchiladas are our favorite prepared meal from Sam’s. They are delicious, filling and super easy to just throw in the oven to heat. We serve with sour cream and Mexican rice or a salad and you’ve got an entire meal. Plus we have enough for lunch.

I wasn't expecting much since I wasn't sitting in a booth and sipping on a margarita while waiting for these, but they are actually really good! I'm a frequent Tex-Mex diner, so I feel like I know good enchiladas and these were spot on. They are; however, made with flour tortillas, so I guess you'd call them smothered chicken tacos, but I like them and will buy again. Only negative is there's no nutrition info.

We get it for two households. My son with a family of four get it regularly. My household is two people. There are three long Enchiladas. We cut one in half, microwave the two halves and have two servings for a meal. The tray makes three meals for us. I add hot sauce, my wife takes it straight.

They taste like they are not healthy at all. I won't guess how much fat and salt are in these things, but they are so delicious. Since I don't know what they are supposed to be, have no idea if they're authentic. We did find a sharp, tiny bone in one once, so be careful feeding to children.

I still love this! I bought these enchiladas 2 years ago as my first meal in my new house, so it holds a special place in my heart. I am eating this right now, heated up in a separate pan (instead of the aluminum one provided) because I am a family of one and used my toaster oven. I garnished my plate with some things that were already in my fridge: lettuce that I shredded, a few halved grape tomatoes, a little diced onion and dollop of sour cream. I also added some salsa I had on-hand, but I really didn't need it. I can see how some reviewers might see it as salty, but when made as a full meal with garnish, I found it to be a perfect blend. Member's Mark Chicken Enchilada's continues to be my one of my favorites.

My wife brought this dish home from Sam's and usually I am skeptical about mass produced dishes, but this was the exception. It was just spicy enough. The texture was great and the taste was as good as if not better than the Mexican restaurants we go to in our town. We will now buy this product on a regular basis as it makes a great meal.
