Oh My Gosh, these Chicken Enchiladas were delicious!! Full of Chicken, definitely enough Cheese and the Enchilada Sauce very tasty! For the 2 of Us, we had this meal Twice as they are very filling and satisfying. Removed the plastic top, covered with tin foil, baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, does it get any easier? 2nd time around, just reheated in microwave minus the foil of course, lol and reheated was excellent as well. Restaurant Quality, even better than our local Mex. So glad I tried, no mess meal and no clean up, Definitely will do this again.

Tranfer frm pre-packaged container to a olive oil sprayed pan, 45mins later and it's enough for 2, and a nxt day meal and. . . . it taste Good too 😋😉👍🏽! Top it Members Mark Salsa, Daisy Sour Cream an Taco Bell taco sauce. . . . GOOD EATIN' 👍🏽😉😋!

Is this authentic Mexican food? No, absolutely not. If you are here to complain that this isnt "authentic" then go to an acual mexican restaurant for authentic and not some prepackaged stuff. Is this good? I am craving this at 8 months pregnant every day. I make my husband go and pick up a stock of these every week because I'm always craving these things.

These were yummy!! I'm super particular when it comes to enchiladas and Mexican food in particular, but I have to say, these really surprised me! The flavor was delicious and just the right amount of sauce, and plenty of cheese and a good amount of chicken chunks. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely buy again!

Mine came in an oven-safe pan, so all I did was remove the plastic lid and cover with aluminum foil. Let it cook and now we're planning our next Sam's trip to get some more. The rotisserie chicken is a good swap, taste good with fewer calories. My black self likes these much more than the overpriced Hungry Man frozen dinner we ate recently.

I got these recently at the Cookeville, TN location. They must have changed the recipe because these are SO much better. They used to be dry cubed chicken and nothing else. Now they have a more shredded texture with a cheesy and creamy sauce. I only wish they put more red sauce on the top but I add that myself when I bake them. Looking forward to getting these again and again.

I’m writing a review on these, first mine came with a foil pan. These are very, very good, mine has big chunks of chicken breast in it, not jus t a little bit but a bunch, flavor was sooo good.. better than what we have gotten from the Mexican restaurants. Made these with a side of spicy Mexican rice. This was just me and my husband being pigs ate two big meals out of this container. Going next week to get another one. It says covered for 40-45 minutes, I tented foil on top and sealed around the edges, then cooked covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for 10, then for me I had to put under low broiler with oven door open (watching) for 2-3 minutes just to put a slight brown on top of cheese….

These are delicious! You get 3 very large enchiladas in a flour tortilla (which I prefer). They are topped with a generous portion of mixed mexican cheeses. The enchilada sauce is tasty & thick. Excellent! It feeds my family of 3 — two adults & a teenager pretty easily, especially if we have some chips & salsa on the side. My husband & I both work 8-5 jobs so Sam’s prepared meals come in clutch for us. The enchiladas & stuffed peppers are our favorite dishes.

I have a SUPER picky 14 year old who never likes anything, especially if it's spicy. These are a tad spicy in my opinion and I thought for sure he'd complain, but he loves them! Eats dinner with milk and cleans his plate. I tried to get the recipe from the meat dept but she said it comes to them already mixed, in a bag from The Warehouse. She didn't know where it was made nor the ingredients. I guess it's a secret recipe! Sams needs to package this sauce and sell it to customers. I would buy it twice a month if they did.
