These were super delicious! The only thing for me is that I had to cook them about 15 minutes longer than stated in the directions to get the center heated to the recommended temperature.

These chicken enchiladas are so delicious and easy to heat! We have enjoyed them so much at home in Arizona that we bought more while traveling in Ohio! Yum!

Very convenient and very good. They are large so I serve 1/2 each. IMO, restaurant quality dish when served up with charro beans (HEB or homemade) and Spanish rice.

The enchiladas are an easy way to have a fresh dinner during the week. They are delicious and very easy to cook. For 2 of us, this usually lasts two nights.
