These enchiladas are fantastic. The helping can feed anywhere between 2-4 hungry adults plus a kid or two. I usually snag these for my family (2 adults and one kid eating) and we can get 2 meals out of it. The flavor is great and the directions are easy. You can add to it or just eat them as they come. Have become a weekly staple in my house.

We have had these several times now, and they are always absolutely delicious. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, the tortillas are perfect for enchiladas, the sauce is just right, and the cheese and little green herbs top it off beautifully. Usually I need sour cream or something to go along with food like this, but the flavor is so perfect. I don't want to change it. Such a wonderful meal.

We have purchased pre-made meals from Sam's many times. They are very delicious and easy instructions to follow (just wish they would put the instructions on the top of the container-so I don't have to stand on my head). Great, even after they've been frozen.

I love the ready-to-cook meals from Sam's. These work great for our family of four (with 2 grade-school aged children). This enchilada does the trick: it's tasty, doesn't take long to cook, it's filling, and it feels like a home-cooked meal. I'd recommend 100%.

Have always enjoyed this, but not this time. Couldn't taste the tortilla (mushy) and there was minimal serving of chicken.

This was unbelievably delicious, the portion size were ginormous. The price was reasonable and it's always available.

This is a perfect and delicious dish! I served it at my memorial Day gathering with family and everyone raved on how delicious this dish was!
