We love Mexican food but wasn’t sure about this since it’s not exactly made how it is supposed to be. But we added our own touch to it and it was great!! Added some chipotle Mrs dash to top and it was great… make sure to cook thoroughly tho bc they’ll be mushy if not. I like to crispy the top a bit not a lot just a little. Other wise great dish will buy again.

So good, homemade enchiladas, all you have to do is bake them.

Every time we’ve ordered these they’ve been wonderful. We always freeze part for later.
