I wasn't expecting much since I wasn't sitting in a booth and sipping on a margarita while waiting for these, but they are actually really good! I'm a frequent Tex-Mex diner, so I feel like I know good enchiladas and these were spot on. They are; however, made with flour tortillas, so I guess you'd call them smothered chicken tacos, but I like them and will buy again. Only negative is there's no nutrition info.

I'm originally from South Texas but currently live outside the state in an area with not many (good) Mexican restaurants around. I picked these up on a day I was craving enchiladas but didn't want to make the family's recipe (using cream of chicken, still delicious but I was wanting enchiladas with a red sauce!). I was really surprised at how good these were! The cheese melted wonderfully in the oven and I sprinkled on some garlic salt as the chicken and sauce needed some flavor. I made rice and beans for the side and it was perfect - 10/10 would recommend!

We love Mexican food but wasn’t sure about this since it’s not exactly made how it is supposed to be. But we added our own touch to it and it was great!! Added some chipotle Mrs dash to top and it was great… make sure to cook thoroughly tho bc they’ll be mushy if not. I like to crispy the top a bit not a lot just a little. Other wise great dish will buy again.

My wife and I bought these on a whim. Saw them in the cooler bin and thought what the heck, let's give them a try. We threw them in the fridge when we got home and ate them 3 days later. OMG they tasted really good!! I'm not kidding! Easy prep by just putting aluminum foil over the top and heating for 40-45 minutes in the oven. We will definitely buy these again! Only downside is that the cheese on top of these will melt onto the aluminum foil if you put the foil right over the top of the enchiladas. Just give a little extra room with the foil.

I still love this! I bought these enchiladas 2 years ago as my first meal in my new house, so it holds a special place in my heart. I am eating this right now, heated up in a separate pan (instead of the aluminum one provided) because I am a family of one and used my toaster oven. I garnished my plate with some things that were already in my fridge: lettuce that I shredded, a few halved grape tomatoes, a little diced onion and dollop of sour cream. I also added some salsa I had on-hand, but I really didn't need it. I can see how some reviewers might see it as salty, but when made as a full meal with garnish, I found it to be a perfect blend. Member's Mark Chicken Enchilada's continues to be my one of my favorites.

My wife brought this dish home from Sam's and usually I am skeptical about mass produced dishes, but this was the exception. It was just spicy enough. The texture was great and the taste was as good as if not better than the Mexican restaurants we go to in our town. We will now buy this product on a regular basis as it makes a great meal.

These are an awesome deal and taste great. Paired with rice and beans, a salad, or a veggie and for a normal person portion you can easily get 6 meals out of this. Loaded with chicken. One $11 tray gives me 6 lunches. Not at all spicy for anyone afraid of Mexican food. Some might find the sauce too salty.

This is another hit with my 15 & 20 year old kids! They make it and eat the whole pan over 2 days.
