These enchaladas are really good and bake up quite tasty. Lots of cheeese good red sauce and most importantly they are loaded with meat and good quality chicken with not fat or bad tasting parts. Its hard to find good quality prepared foods but this one is a home run for sure.

Bought these for the first time last night and made them up tonight. I?m not a big enchilada person, but even I loved them! We will cook without the foil on them the whole time next time so they crisp up but either way they are delicious. My only issue is that I can?t seem to find the enchilada sauce online from Sams that they use. I was hoping there was a members mark sauce but I don?t think there is. Of course that has no reflection on this product itself :)

We bought these for the first time, and we'll definitely buy them again. 3 adults had plenty for dinner, and then I had enough leftover (1 1/2 enchiladas) to heat up for myself for another lunch and dinner! They were delicious. We broiled them to brown the cheese a bit for the last couple of minutes. When we served them, we added sour cream and refried beans on the side. Next time we'll bake with a few jalapenos for those who'd like a little more heat. Considering you'd spend more than 9.98 for 1 enchilada dinner in a Mexican restaurant, I think it's a great value!

Sams Club chicken enchiladas are great. We always keep a couple in the freezer. Add tortilla chips and salsa and it makes meal. Before baking we add an additional layer of Mexican Blend cheese. Since we usually keep these in the freezer, we thaw them in the fridge for 24 hours before baking.

We love Mexican food but wasn’t sure about this since it’s not exactly made how it is supposed to be. But we added our own touch to it and it was great!! Added some chipotle Mrs dash to top and it was great… make sure to cook thoroughly tho bc they’ll be mushy if not. I like to crispy the top a bit not a lot just a little. Other wise great dish will buy again.
