Member's Mark Rotisserie Chicken Enchiladas, priced per pound

We love these!  
Lots of chicken, no 'heat'.  Highly recommended even for non-Mexican food lovers.  I wish I could buy that enchilada sauce.
Pro tip: take the lid off towards the end of baking, and let the edges become crisp.  Yummm....

They always come out soggy and cold on the middle.  Good idea but needs better construction.   And yes, I follow the directions.

I purchased the rotisserie chicken enchiladas for a weekly game day for me and my retired friends. We always start by having lunch and are always looking for different food options that are good for a group.   I can honestly say these enchiladas were a huge hit! Plenty of food, great taste, and all at an awesome price. One tray would be great for a family of four. Add a side of Spanish rice or your favorite beans and dinner is served.
