This dish is a wonderful "go-to" for when I don't have time (or inclination) to cook a meal from scratch. So easy to pop in the oven or even the microwave, and VOILA dinner on the table!

Really good! We tried this on the recommendation of our daughter. There were ample portions for 3 meals for my husband and I. I can highly recommend the chicken enchiladas as a winner!

Our family of 2 had tried the Hatch version previously and found it a little too dry. That was not the case with this one. Super flavorful and quick and easy to prepare. Had enough for 4 servings after adding refried beans.

These were absolutely delicious, simple to prepare and a definite crowd pleaser. For those not fond of super spicy food, these enchiladas are a winner!

These enchiladas are one of the few things I buy at Sam’s with regard to already prepared food. I really like them a lot and buy them about two or three times a year.

These enchiladas were very disappointing. We served this dish as a family meal with five of us, but it was not eaten very well at all. We wound up throwing about half of it away.

Huge, tasty, just heat and serve. I initially thought there wouldn’t be enough enchilada sauce but it was enough. We heated in the air fryer and it was so good. Will buy again.

These enchiladas are amazing! A friend used to buy them for me when I stayed over and then I found them at Sam’s and get them every time I shop there. They freeze well, too.

It tastes great and is cheap. Not a fan of how they switched to a plastic box however. When they used the tin bottom I could take the lid off and bake it without having to dirty a dish.

My husband doesn't usually eat food like this, he had it at my daughters-in-law and had a second helping. He requested we purchase this from Sam's Club.
