These enchiladas were pretty good. I doctored them up, added a couple of cans of Old El Paso Hot Red Enchilada Sauce. Put 6 of them in my Pyrex 9"x13" glass deep dish lasagna glass pan. Baked uncovered at 300° for 60 minutes. I highly recommend these enchiladas.

At first, I was a little disappointed to find out this was made with chicken instead of beef, but that feeling disappeared the moment my wife and I tried it. The flavor was excellent right out of the container. We added a few extras like sour cream and Paul Newman’s Black Bean and Corn Salsa, and it turned out fantastic. There were three large enchiladas in the package. We split each one, making three satisfying meals for the two of us. We ate every bite and loved it. We will definitely be buying this again soon.

I purchased the rotisserie chicken enchiladas for a weekly game day for me and my retired friends. We always start by having lunch and are always looking for different food options that are good for a group. I can honestly say these enchiladas were a huge hit! Plenty of food, great taste, and all at an awesome price. One tray would be great for a family of four. Add a side of Spanish rice or your favorite beans and dinner is served.

This is my go to when I have a busy day planned and want a tasty Mexican dish ready for cooking. The whole family loves this meal and will usually have plenty leftover.

Taste great, I highly recommend this for dinner. Only suggestion I have for Sam's Club -- the directions (how to cook or heat it) is on the Bottom. Can't really turn it upside down to read the directions.

These enchiladas are fantastic. The helping can feed anywhere between 2-4 hungry adults plus a kid or two. I usually snag these for my family (2 adults and one kid eating) and we can get 2 meals out of it. The flavor is great and the directions are easy. You can add to it or just eat them as they come. Have become a weekly staple in my house.
