On busy days shopping, running errands, doctor appointments, etc... I always stop by my Sams Club and pick up chicken enchiladas made fresh from in house rotisserie chicken. Just one of the many things that keep me coming back as a member for years. Sams Club member since 1990.

These are the most tasty enchiladas I've ever eaten. I read the ingredients and thought they might be too spicy for me, but the blend is perfect and the taste is addicting. My husband tried to save some for two meals the next day, but ate both servings at one meal.

I am a non-meat eater and bought this for a dinner with visiting family (2 people). I figured with two enchiladas, they could have one each. Didn't work that way; these enchiladas are HUGE and my visiting family ate one between them. I heated them in the oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes, and they disappeared when set at the table. Family told me these were so, so good and with a little sour cream, they were just perfect! I added a little shredded cheese, though. Family left the next day with the remaining enchilada and were so happy with that!

We bought these on a whim when we didn’t know what to have for dinner. The 45 min cook time is well worth it. Make sure to spoon a little sauce over the edges of the tortillas so they don’t dry out. Pair it with some Spanish rice and Voila, amazing dinner!

I buy these once a month. There are three large Enchiladas per tin and we eat half of one at a time, which is a meal. Tons of chicken and the sauce is perfect. It is 6 servings for us. BTW, we chisel out a serving and microwave for 120 seconds. Baking for 2 hours is insane.

My family loves the flavor of these mildly spicy chicken enchiladas! The chicken comes from Sam’s roasted chickens. The sauce is a little spicy, but good. The tortillas are soft flour tortillas, which I like, but most people expect crunchy corn tortillas. Still… delicious!

Generous portion with high quality ingredients, just the right flavor and super tender chicken. Add your favorite sides to the table and you have a restaurant quality meal at home for a fraction of the price. This is a staple in our home. The leftovers reheat great in the microwave. Nothing goes to waste.

This chicken enchilada is the best! Just bake and serve! Delicious! My husband and I also chop onions, add salsa and add sour cream on top after baking as an added touch. But we have had these without too and just the cheese provided on top ... delicious!

These are large enchiladas. They can be cut in half very nicely for a snack or meal. Loaded with plenty of chicken and cheese. Chicken is mostly shredded which makes it easy to heat and eat. Could use a bit more enchilada sauce, but overall a good fresh food option.

These are an awesome deal and taste great. Paired with rice and beans, a salad, or a veggie and for a normal person portion you can easily get 6 meals out of this. Loaded with chicken. One $11 tray gives me 6 lunches. Not at all spicy for anyone afraid of Mexican food. Some might find the sauce too salty.
