Opened a fresh bag to pour some flour out to make some bread. on the 4th cup noticed a dark object in the flour. turned out to be whats left of a dead bug. The bag is dated packed 3 weeks ago. Nasty!

Be prepared to sift all 25lbs the last bag I purchased must have gotten damp because even the sifter couldn't get all the lumps out.I have bought this product previously without this issue but the last one was horrible

I bought this to use for baking items to sell. The consistency of the flour is lumpy and it almost feels moist. Needless to say, my cookies did not turn out. And my pie was not right

I bought this flour twice. I make cakes at a bakery for a living, and both times my cakes fell. It seems to be softer than regular all-purpose flour. My recipes are formulated for all purpose flour and sams flour just didn't hold the weight of my ingredients. As soon as i changed to Walmart all purpose flour, it went back to normal. Unfortunately, this flour caused issues for me during Easter week

My first time ordering this product after purchasing flour from Trader Joe's for years. In conjunction with the Bellarise Instant Yeast also from Sams, the flour doubled very quickly even and still quite rose well even sat in the refrigerator overnight. The only thing I am not used to it is its slightly fermented smell due to the malted process. I did some research and found that malted flour was good for health but not good as the sole source as all purpose flour unless it served as addition to other regular milled flour.

I had bought this flour on several occasions, however my last two purchases from different Sam's Club where horrible, I sell cakes and all of my cakes would fall and I couldn't figure out why, after purchasing som Gold Medal flour my cakes turned out great. This happened around November, so I wanted to give it another try and purchases some from a different Sam's club, same results! I will never purchase this flour again!!!
