Nice flour with 12% protein, good for breads, but to strong for cakes, I wish Sam's club would have pastry flour.

The bags were broken. The flour was everywhere out the bag in the shipping box. First time to have such a bad experience.

Order was for shipping. Disappointed. I have a broken leg and needed shipping. It was 4 to 5 days late!

The flour is fine, but the bag had torn. Fortunately, they had it in a plastic bag, but I still through out the flour that spilled out.

Not happy with what I bought. I have not opened it as I thought I was buying white flour. Cannot use it. Wondering if I can return it?

Clumpy and feels wet so it needs to be sifted twice. I will never buy again as its the second bag I buy with the same issue!

I've purchased 2 bags of flour in the past 2 months and both are full of flour weevils check your flour people they're full of nasty little bugs.

Flour was damp and had bugs upon opening it. I've ordered it many times before with no issues but there must have been some storage or shipping issues this time. I'll try again but if more problems will switch to another brand
