This isn’t bleached flour. Yellow and grainy. I will be throwing it away, as I’m sure nothing will be done if I try to take it back. I needed another cup of flour for my Christmas cookies and can feel the graininess in them. Very disappointed.

Flour does not really spoil and buying 25lbs twice a year or so is perfect for me.
