Love this large size. I rebag in gallon ziplocks and freeze. Pull out the next bag and refill my kitchen container.

Good quality flour. I use it for all my baking - breads, cookies, cakes, brownies, etc. The items turn out delicious.

The weight is amazing for the price. You will need to split & transfer into smaller bags, but freeze it and your set for 6+ months or longer.

Great product. I find no difference in using the Members Mark brand from better known brands such as Pillsbury or Gold Medal.

It’s very good flour for general use and a real value. I use it commercially for pancakes and muffins.
