I had to buy a sifter because there's clumps. The clumps were embarrassing when I made anything that I shared. I have purchased a few of these bags and they all have clumps. Other than that, the flour tastes fine.

I’ve come to like the Members Mark all purpose flour over name brands. I keep my pantry container filled and the rest goes in the freezer until it is time to refill again. My baked goods come together well and bake up best. My only complaint is the pour spout on the bag can be funky to open.

I bought 2 bags of this flour the first week of November. Used it the day before Thanksgiving to make bread. The bread was inedible. Tried to make pumpkin bread the day after Thanksgiving and it too was inedible. I stuck my hand in the bag and it squeezed together and looked like Play-Dough. And it smelled musty. I've been using this flour for over a year and never had it happen before.

This flour is great for all things sourdough!
