I bought this for my husband who works hard and needs a little self care. He loves this chair. I also enjoy it but I am a little tender afterward. It arrived a week earlier than estimated which was nice. Was simple to put together. We haven't tried the voice activation as it's not that important to us (I saw the reviews that it may or may not work and wasn't concerned either way) but it does talk without being prompted. According to the instructions Alice Alice is the wake up phrase and it mistakes phrases we say or phrases on the TV for that and will respond by saying I'm here. It's a little annoying and amusing. I wish there was a volume control for the remote. The beeping on button press is loud. But it is delightful when it's not talking or beeping. We haven't tried the Bluetooth so can't comment on that.

Week 2 of daily use. and Alice still doesn’t work. Minor issue though. It has not adjusted to my height, this causes issues with back massage and strength/ intensity of the rollers as it moves along. This chair will hurt you if it doesn’t adjust to your body height. It will be going back.

This might be a great chair if I had ever received it! Poor communication Poor shipping service Poor customer service I can't think of one good thing about my experience with Sam's Club and Titan Chair company! The AI computer assistant has assured me that the chair has been delivered- I called the chair company - it's still sitting in Texas!, Congratulations! Sam's Club ! You ought to be proud!

we bought this massage chair and we love the chair and now my boys come over all the time to use it my wife love it i love it i have pinched nerves in my back the chair really help

Week 3 and one side of the massage rollers fell completely down into bottom of chair. Used maybe 3-4 times each week within the 3 week period I have owned this chair.

Best chair EVER!

My chair was delivered yesterday and we got it opened today and have tried it for the first time. It has many amazing features and is easy to use. It is impressive as it adjusts to my size at 5ft 3 and to my son's at over 6ft. Love the ability to customize and am excited to use it regularly.

We purchased the Titan after trying out the same unit that our brother in law bought last year and both my wife and I are very happy with it

Just recently puchased this and so far am totally satisfied. It does a great job and is exactly how it is described.

Chair is great!!! I use it at least twice a week if not more to relax after work
