I love this chair and an so happy with the purchase. I had read some reviews that said the voice command did not work so I was fully not expecting it to but it works perfectly! This chair has been wonderful for my husbands back pain and I love it for any time my muscles are sore from a workout or when I need a simple neck and shoulder massage before bed. The delivery was a challenge but the Sam's club rep who responded to my issue was wonderful and took care of everything! I highly recommend this chair

We received this like almost 2weeks ahead of scheduled time. We love everything about it except for the remote control does not light up and it’s hard to see when in use.

I have a dream to buy a massage Chair from long time, I bought this chair from Sam's club six months back, I have been regularly using the chair and enjoying it's services. This great chair has different features ex: Relax, waist massage, back, neck . I used all of these features and perfect magical massage chair with great features. Quality is great, easy to assemble, blue tooth connection and comfort is really great. I am a happy customer for buying this.

I bought this for my husband who works hard and needs a little self care. He loves this chair. I also enjoy it but I am a little tender afterward. It arrived a week earlier than estimated which was nice. Was simple to put together. We haven't tried the voice activation as it's not that important to us (I saw the reviews that it may or may not work and wasn't concerned either way) but it does talk without being prompted. According to the instructions Alice Alice is the wake up phrase and it mistakes phrases we say or phrases on the TV for that and will respond by saying I'm here. It's a little annoying and amusing. I wish there was a volume control for the remote. The beeping on button press is loud. But it is delightful when it's not talking or beeping. We haven't tried the Bluetooth so can't comment on that.

I thought long and hard before buying a chair, did some research and saw this unit for sale. It was delivered within 10 days (I am located in Texas and they ship from Dallas so don't expect this every time). The chair, although it says it does, does not come fully assembled and you must put on the footrest part. It was very easy and took about 5 minutes to do. It was self explanatory (thank goodness) as there were no directions for installation of the footrest. The chair itself has been wonderful so far. The massages that it gives are great, and it functions well. It delivered as promised .... especially for the price. I have logged a couple of hour in it now (7-10 uses) and it have experienced no issues with the massage portion of the chair. In other reviews, people mentioned that the voice control does not work and they are 100% right. It does not work at all. It is pointless and should never have made it to the final production or be advertised on the unit. I knew that going in so I was not disappointed that the voice feature did not work. All in all, I would say that if you are considering buying this unit I would recommend it. It is my first massage chair so I don't have a lot of other experience to compare it to more expensive models, but what I can tell you is that I am happy with the purchase thus far and do not have buyers remorse. 4 stars and would have given it 5 had the voice function either worked or had not been added. Otherwise, a great purchase.

You will want to take a pass. MASSIVE delivery issues (They actually called and tried to tell me they were going to drop it off on the freeway 1.5 miles from my house. Expected me to drag it home on my back, I guess.) The on/off button on the chair arm stopped working after a month and I'm still getting the runaround. After dreaming up several wild goose chases to keep me occupied, they finally sent an email telling me I REALLY needed to carefully check to see if the chair was plugged in.

bought the chair but had to return it. The reasons are: 1. Airbags crush my feet. in the stretching mode the airbags intensity cannot be lowered. 2. Display has a very limited number of settings/ modes and has to be placed in the holder. it is Major inconvenience to reach forward while you're reclined. also it does not have any lights so seeing it other than in the daylight is a challenge. 3. The bottom of the seat is not solid and forms something like a diaper around your rear. after sitting in it for a while, it cuts your circulation. 4. The weird SL track in this chair goes all the way up your private parts. The prize was right but sadly did not work for me and my family.
