Since becoming gluten free, this is the best brand that I have found. The flavor of this flour closest resembles ‘regular’ flour and reacts the same as ‘regular’ flour. I sub this flour in all of my recipes that would’ve called for flour and have always had great results. This is also the best price per pound I have found!

I had a guest for Christmas with Celiac disease. So, I wanted to make cookies that she could eat too. I looked at various grocery stores but all they offered were very small bags of gluten free flour for an exorbitant price. Then I thought, why haven't you checked out Sam's? Of course, I found this flour. (duh) All the treats were a hit with everybody. Since this is the only time I've used a gluten free flour, I'm not sure whether I measured too much flour but, even though the cookies were delicious I felt they needed a little more liquid.

Haven't used it to much yet the taste is fine .

We love the King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour. My daughter loves to bake and but unfortunately she has a Celiac, so gluten is a no no. This flour is the best for baking and we use it for all our flour needs. As you may know...living a gluten free lifestyle is expensive, so the fact that Sam's carries this flour and it is at a great price is wonderful!
