Since becoming gluten free, this is the best brand that I have found. The flavor of this flour closest resembles ‘regular’ flour and reacts the same as ‘regular’ flour. I sub this flour in all of my recipes that would’ve called for flour and have always had great results. This is also the best price per pound I have found!

I had a guest for Christmas with Celiac disease. So, I wanted to make cookies that she could eat too. I looked at various grocery stores but all they offered were very small bags of gluten free flour for an exorbitant price. Then I thought, why haven't you checked out Sam's? Of course, I found this flour. (duh) All the treats were a hit with everybody. Since this is the only time I've used a gluten free flour, I'm not sure whether I measured too much flour but, even though the cookies were delicious I felt they needed a little more liquid.

I tried non-gluten King Arthur flour in banana bread tonight. No yeast was used. I've made this recipe for 52 years and know what I'm doing but it turned out to be a disappointment. The crust cracked and flaked off all over the loaf while it cooled and one side sunk in about 1/2 inch. The texture is dry. All that effort for something that will go in the trash. I am just being honest when I say this is the last package of King Arthur GF Measure for Measure Flour that I will ever buy.

Best price on gf flour by far. Good quality flour and easy swap with regular flour in cooking and baking.

I really wish Sam's would bring back Premium Gold Flax GF flour. That was the best. This stuff is dry, flaky, chalky white, and lower fiber/nutrition. I know and recognize the brand, but it just doesn't live up to the hype.

It’s great for cooking and baking. I don’t have to worry about adjusting for changes in taste or texture. It’s available for the best price I’ve shopped.

Best flour for 1:1 replacement of regular flour. Sam's club need to bring it back and make it a stable on there shelves. The only reason I will remain a member 😅
