Good flour-doesn’t rise as nicely as Bob’s 1 for 1. Tastes good for gf flour.

This is our bakeries #1 Gluten Free flour. Simple to work with and it acts almost like flour in any of the recipes we have used it for.

It is great that Sam's club is finally carrying Gluten Free flour. King Arthur in my opinion is the best. The price is amazing. Sam's please carry this in your box store.

Excellent flour. We have been using it to make Naan bread and really like it. The cost to buy this large back at Sams is much less than we were spending trying to buy Gluten Free flour at Walmart.

I've tried a lot of different gluten free flours and all of them upset my stomach. This one does not. I can use it just like all purpose flour, cup for cup, so no special recipes needed.

This flour is great for allergy friendly recipes and as a substitute flour in traditional recipes. I don recommend this flour. I appreciate the low price at Sam's Club.

So happy to have found a good gluten free flour at Sam’s. King Arthur works to replace AP flour in any recipe, even gravy. Difficult having food allergies, appreciate Sam’s and King Arthur making life easier.
