Good product

I purchased these to mow the yard. The sound cancellation is good , but not one hundred percent by any means. I don't have to turn them up near as loud as the headphones I have without the noise cancellation. They seem to be comfortable. I wish the head frame was a little bit smaller. The sound is really good. I like to listen to talk shows and podcasts when I am doing yard work. I was using the weed eater (by the street) and jamming to some music when the environmental (yard waste) truck was coming by. The gentleman had to honk his horn to get my attention. Opps! That would look bad in the obituaries.

It Was A Good Idea

I bought these noise cancelling headphones because I have a REALLY LOUD parrot. But i also like the idea I can watch TV with the sound off in the room so the REALLY LOUD parrot will just go to bed. It worked the first time I tried them out. The very next day, however, they would no longer work, nor will they power up or accept a charge.

Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 770NC. First, try a power cycle by pressing the power button for 30 seconds while it is unplugged. Second, try using a different USB-C cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your headphones. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. For further assistance, please contact us.
