The Sea Bass was very good. Flavor was good. Very important to cook it properly. If you over cook at all it is ruined. The only problem I have with it was the packaging. They put 2 totally different size pieces in the packaging. Very hard to cook 2 different size pieces of fish at the same time and get them both done properly.

Its good when i can find a sensable portion bc theyre expensive

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. IT HAD A REAL FISHY SMELL.
