Dert like conditions to downpours.. this seems to even out the water level in the potted plants I have outside. Great product!

I only use miracle grow on my plants, it’s great soil. For my indoor plants I use this as a vase for my own custom soil mixes.

While Sam’s club offered the best price in town, the product quality is not what it was in the past. Too many sticks some quite large makes it difficult to use and not ideal to use as a seed starting potting soil.

I made the mistake one Spring and used a cheaper potting soil. That is the year my flowers were not nearly as beautiful. Now I only use Miracle -Gro potting soil.

Learned my lesson the hard way last year when I purchased an unfamiliar brand at the big box store and everything I used it for either died or failed to thrive. I've always had great results with Miracle Gro.

It consist of wood chip and peat moss. But the wood chips are very big, not good for planting seeds or tender young seedlings. It needs to be sifted for these purposes.

I have bought this potting soil for many years for my raised gardens. The 6 bags I bought this year were all very dry and lumpy soil inside bag. Nothing like past years.
