I bought this generator because we were having trouble starting our older generator and it was not very reliable. I read great reviews about this one have set it up and tested it. It was very easy to set up and very easy to start, stop and switch fuel types. So far we are very happy with it and are confident that it will perform admirably, should we need it.

Just purchased and tested the generator. Love the dual fuel option. Especially if you want to avoid gasoline sitting in your tank and going bad. For short duration outages, or short work I plan to use the propane to keep gasoline from going bad and gumming up the carburetor. For longer use, when I know I'll run the generator through lots of fuel, I'll use gas. Haven't had time to use it much. Will try to update the review if I have any problems in the future. But, it has great features and lots of power! Looking forward to backing up my house when the power goes out.

I've had good luck with a Westinghouse power washer so I am excited to use this generator. For the cost it is a powerful generator with the option of gas or propane for the fuel source. The remote start was a deciding feature for me. I like that I do not have to go outside to start it. One issue is that the 50 amp outlet is right above the wheel. 50amp cords are very thick and robust. It is hard to get the 50 amp plug in with the wheel there. The cord does not want to bend or flex. I'm looking forward to the next power outage to see what this thing can do.

I am so happy about this generator. Westinghouse spared nothing on the quality of this unit. The instruction manual was very well laid out and easy to follow on the assembly of the unit after it was delivered. Follow the clear instructions to set up the generator for its initial start up, and it fired up perfectly. I was so impressed that they included a battery charge with this unit to keep the battery charged if your not running the generator on a regular basis.....Nice Touch! The quality and workmanship are above the competition on this unit. Tried out the propane and it was seamless switching from gasoline....not even a hiccup! Thank you Westinghouse...you made a lifetime customer out of me!

Living in the campfire burn scar of Paradise Ca. We have had our power shut down frequently by PG&E we purchased this generator to replace one that was starting to give us problems and was not quite large enough. We purchased the WGen12000DF which is twice the size of the previous generator this thing will run our entire house without any hesitation. Major bonus points this thing is so much quieter and far more fuel efficient, so far I can not say enough good things about this thing

I was going to buy another brand generator. Saw some reviews and videos' for the Wgen9500DF. Bought one delivered in less than a week. Nice delivery person got it on my porch as i was not home and wife was. Took out of box followed directions.Half hour later up and running. Started first try tested running well pump. preformed perfectly. would reamend if you are looking for a solid generator this is it

Received generator in excellent condition. Very well built. Manual instructions were very clear. Assembly was easy. Started right up with the automatic starter the first time and powered the entire house. Propane fuel worked great. Very confident now if we have a power outage.

This generator has all the features I was looking for and more. It has a 50 Amp output so I can hook it to my electrical panel through my transfer switch. Also, dual fuel with easy switching between LP & gas, push button start, multi-use digital readout, battery charger, etc. I especially look forward to using the remote start key fob to fire up the generator this winter.

This is a great generator! I have owned several other brands and this is by far superior. Works flawless and the remote start is wonderful and easy to use. It came well packaged with little assembly required! I would stop looking at other brands and invest in this one for sure!!!

We bought this to replace an older smaller generator The old one was too hard for my wife to start when I wasn't Around. This generator is so nice, my wife can turn one valve before bad weather and if power goes she can push the remote from inside the house. Starts right up. Dual fuel is great if there is a long term outgrew.
