Received the WGen9500DF portable generator. Easy setup. Electrian installed a 50 amp connection, connected and was able to run central air, lights, chest freezer and refrigerator. Used about 55% capacity of propane capacity, 8.5 KVA/ KW. The flex fuel ability (gas and propane) provides a longer running time. The remote startup fob is a big plus from having to pull a ripcord start. Only downside, as with most generators, oil changes are very frequent and necessary.

After months of researching generators I decided on the wgen9500df as my go to generator for my home. The run time of 14 hours on a 6.6 gallon tank of gas for running my 1700sq/ft home minus the main ac unit is bar none the best I have seen on the market today. That's all included running my lights, fridge , hot water heater, garage freezer, 2 computers , a tv and internet. I mean i cant ask for anything more from a portable generator. If you want to run ac unit sure you probably could but where I live its not a necessity.

I bought it in June of 2022,I had an electrician install it to be plugged in out side of my home. I had the opportunity a few months later to use it do to a power outage. I ran to go get it and plug it in. It worked GREAT .It ran almost my entire home , AC and all. I am so glade I have it.

I bought this after Memphis had storms and alot of power outages. I opened the box, and set it up with ease. Attached a propane bottle and hit the power button, 2 seconds later it was running. Now to get it added to my electrical box and natural gas and I will be set for all the coming issue Memphis might have. I sleep with a CPAP so no more rough nights. Looking forward to our next outage. Now I can buy a welder and teach myself some new skills.

Just bought and did the required prep. Started with remote on gas and propane with no issues. I can't rate how it will work when needed during a power outage, but so far so good. However, the manual and diagrams to drain the gas does not match my model. I'm still researching on how to drain the carburetor and tank properly.

Bought this generator to power my whole home after having rolling power outages! This thing is awesome, it's sleek and a lot more quiet than I thought it would be. Extremely happy with my purchase and now I don't have to worry about my family going without!

I just received the generator and it was very easy to assemble the wheels and legs. Kind of heavy so you may need a piece of wood or something to lift it a little in order to do the job. I need to complete my propane line from my underground tank to run it. I do not want to introduce gasoline for now as it would be only needed if I run out of propane in a hurricane situation. Hopefully I will never need to operate the generator but in Florida it may be difficult to avoid it.

I bought this generator as a backup plan for my house for hurricane season since we can go a week or more without electricity. It will handle everything except electric range with little to no load management, including well pump, water heater and hvac, and electric range with careful load management. The remote start is a nice feature and was easy to sync with the detailed instructions. This unit is very heavy coming in just under 250 lbs. wet but the large wheels and handle make the weight almost negligible unless you are trying to lift it into a truck. The only negative thing I can think of is I wish the harmonic distortion was a little lower. It might be fine but I haven't tried my sensitive electronics on it yet. Overall I give this generator an excellent rating and have highly recommended it to my friends.

Well built generator. Ran it the following day I received it after following the instructions of filling up with oil that was provided. Everything checked out with the auto start, key fob start, and key fob start. All started on the first try. Pretty solid piece of machinery. I like the data feature. Also, it fits nicely in my garage. I'm glad I purchased this for emergency and household use. Based on its output capacity, it can power my 2200 sq ft house.with the ergonomic handle and big wheels, it is very easy to move around.

I just received this generator, it was easy to set up, and started on the first time. Just push the button and it will start by itself. Easiest wheel installation ever. It is not too heavy or noisy. Purchased for a home back up generator we have not had to use it yet. I have two other portable generators and neither are as easy to start or move as this one.
