I bought this 2 months ago and had to use it yesterday during a 12 hour power outage. It was easy to assemble and operate, with straight forward instructions and simple control panel. On a full tank, it ran over 8 hours straight and powered most of the essential electronics in our house, including 5 space heaters, lamps, fridges, TVs, and the internet. It worked flawlessly.

Just received the Westinghouse WGen9500DF in preparation for California fire season when PG&E will undoubtedly shut off power. Easy assembly of wheels and "feet." Connected LP tank, and it started right up on the first try. Now we will have backup power to keep our freezers from defrosting and our well pump running. Thanks, Westinghouse for a great product.

Bought this and was happily surprised when item ended up on time, working straight out of the box after 5 minutes of assembly using their honestly great directions. I am pleased that we made this purchase as it adds to our overall safety and security.

Upon delivery, I immediately unpacked and prep generator. I ran it on propane to begin with, then connected to natural gas, both times started and ran flawlessly. Connected to my home with the 50 amp outlet and slowly applied load. Ran everything in the house, including my air conditioner. Finally prepared for the storms that may come. Very happy with my purchase!

I bought this back in Oct of 2021, and I finally unboxed it and set it up today 2/3/2022. The instruction were very clear and setup was easy. I put synthetic oil in this unit and connected it to a propane tank. I connected the battery and turned the battery switch, hit the start button. It automatically started up and purred like a lion. The best thing is that I did not have to mess with the choke, it just worked. I loved the included remote control and the included trickle charge battery charger. I connected a small heater to one of the outlets and it worked perfectly. So far this unit seems to perform as expected. Its just a great feeling knowing that I have this in case of a power loss during the winter months. I have recommended this unit to my friends and family. It looks great, and so far performs well.

I bought this a while back to have on hand in case the power goes out again. I don't use it often but every time I've needed it it started right up. It provides ample energy to keep the house warm and the food cold. It's also very handy out on the edge of my property Where I don't have electricity. I can roll it out and plug things in.

Bought to power my 2021 Salem Hemisphere RV, zero disappointment! This generator is a beast, she's easy to use as I am not particularly mechanically savvy and the setup is simple. She's pretty heavy so I did need assistance to install my feet and wheels. The remote start fired it right up, CANT WAIT TO GO CAMPING!!!!

It powers our camper no problem and can power most of our house during outages we couldn't be happier it opens up so many options for us such as off grid camping and getting our son out of the house who has severe autism and otherwise don't leave!!!!!

Bought this the day before the Buffalo Blizzard, lost power the next day for two days, Generator started right up ran flawlessly in 50 MPH winds, Minus 20 wind chills, with snow coming down at a rate of 2 or 3 inches an hour. Even when we shut it down for 3 or 4 hours to conserve gas, all we had to do was manually adjust choke & it started right up.

We purchased the 9500DF last year. We have been able to use this through both construction projects and weather events. Then we recently added the bypass plug on the house and it's Getting the job done for whole house electricity in our 1800 sqft. space.
