I bought this generator because it will power all the circuits I need during an outage. The dual-fuel option was a plus because here in the South Texas Hill Country propane is what we use. I unboxed it today and fired it up with no problem and even synced up the remote start FOB. It was a little tuff to maneuver until I got the wheels on it due to the beefy ness of this unit but that was a breeze as well. Not sure when the next ice storm will hit us or the next environmental event will take down the grid but my wife and I feel like we are ready to "weather" the storm. It is a wonderful feeling.

I just purchased my first portable generator. I was advised to buy a Honda or Briggs&Stratton. When I googled dual fuel generators, Westinghouse popped up. Did research on all three and found that the other two didn't have dual fuel generators. Bob Villa ranked Westinghouse third out of ten generators. Said the Westinghouse 9500 was best the bang for your buck. I picked it up six days after I purchased and looking forward to it keeping a number of things running when and if we lose power. Also be good to use at the deer lease.

I contracted covid and spent 9 days in the ICU and 2 months in the hospital (severe). I was sent home on the highest level of oxygen required by the state. I probably should have stayed in the hospital 2-3 weeks longer but I cried like a baby to be discharged and I think they let me go home to shut me up and be rid of me. I was home 2+ weeks when we lost power (a common occurrence in my area)...that was frightening because I came home with 6 tanks of oxygen and power was lost for 6 hours. I was a Godsend to be able to save the tanks for doctor visits and hook back up to my concentrator via your generator. My husband had had enough of power loss and bought The Westinghouse 10000 DF Generator a few months before contracting covid and it saved my life. I've been home 4 months and still require oxygen 24/7 . We have lost power 3 times in the last 3-1/2 months...What would I do without it?? Thank you....some people love it for the convenience of having power....I love it for a flawless way to stay alive.

Purchased this June 27th, 2024. Arrived today and I had it unpacked and set up in about 45 mins. Ran it on gasoline for trial run and operated some power tools without any issues. The manual was simple to follow and covered all of the questions I might have had. The unit started right up after connecting the battery and pairing the remote. I am planning on using propane once my cylinder arrives and I can get a fill. So far I am very happy with the ease of use and I like the versatility of having 3 fuel choices.

I was worried after hearing so many problems about damage during shipment. My generator arrived, in a box that was strapped to a pallet. No damage at all. Everything from bolts to oil were well packed inside the box. Our local propane company will be running the line, tomorrow, to connect it directly to our bulk tank. Appreciate the security this represents as we are nearing peak hurricane season

The generator was delivered today. Added the oil, gas, and put the wheels and bottom legs on. Very simple. Read some instructions which is normal for most men! Read what I needed to turn it on using the key fob and it started the first time. Will try it out more during this month. Very happy with the purchase at this tim

Happy with the ease of set up. Tried generator on both gas and propane. Both worked great! Generator started right up after adding oil and fuel. Easy to start up and like the idea of an alternate way to start it with the pull cord. Very happy with the purchase.

My last generator was purchased in 2005 after hurricane Katrina. It finally died after all this time. I was looking for somethings in my new generator purchase. I wanted to get electric start and a larger capacity generator. This ginny exceeded my expectations. The set up after receieving it was very straight forward and easy. Afterwards I started it up and it ran just fine.

Just delivered. Exactly the size and mobility I was looking for...and assembly was no problem. Do not want to face another freeze or storm without this capability! Looking forward to use for routine/fun events and for backup (kind of) when necessary.

The product has to be good, but the support of the product Will have to be at same level to have a complete and overall great review, very happy with Westinghouse, buying their generator and experiencing how professional they are make feel I took the right buying decision by selecting their brand Thank you!!!!!
