I bought this last year to have as backup power for my house. Have only had to use it once but it worked great for the few things I ran on it. I can't wait to see how it performs once I really run much more off of it. It runs a little loud for my liking but that's not a huge problem.

Excellent results! This ordered unit arrived the day before a hurricane was to hit. We lost power and I fired this product up! Able to power numerous items in our house including 2 window unit A/Cs, 2 Refridgerators, TV, other electronics, internet, lights, etc. Although had to do it separately in shifts - we were able to easily power our water well. We had to run on the generator for 6 days. Instructions said we could run up to 12 hours on a tank of gas but we made sure we did not run out by filling every 8 to 10 hours. The generator is easy to use and had clear instructions. The unit is heavy BUT easy to move around on both concrete and on the lawn because of the retractable handle and big wheels. The unit is loud but who cares when your power is out and you need electricity. I highly recommend this unit!!

We bought this a month ago and installed it just before a storm was arriving. Our electrician had to fit the connectors and showed us how to use and it was simple. :) Its neat and compact and easy to move outdoors which I had been worried about before I bought it. We have a lot of storms here and last year were without any power for 10 days so this will be a life saver for us. Really glad we got it and super pleased with the quality. We can sleep a lot easier at night knowing we have this ready to jump into action.

We've been having alot of power outages lately due to weather and falling trees. Wife was finally fed up and to avoid sleeping in the shop, we purchased this as a home backup generator. We have a small 1500 sqf house, added an interlock switch, and good to go. When I ran the generator for its break in period it fired up on the first push of the start button without fail. Once the break in period was done, I went ahead and changed the oil even though it didn't need it. We connected it to the house switched over to generator power and slowly started turning on breakers. This machine performed flawlessly. I don't want another power outage, but we are ready for the next one.

Sorry happy to have this generator the first day our power went out, mind you it was out for 28 hrs. So easy to operate, great dual fuel option and very powerful! We used the propane option for running it, very clean option to use. Also has a remote start if you would like to use. GREAT GENERATOR!!!!!!

I bought this generator to replace an older one I had. This one is so awesome. The dual fuel is so easy to switch between propane or gas. Its easy to roll out into place and the auto start feature makes it so easy that my wife does not have any issues starting it. And the trickle charger that it comes with makes it so the battery is always charged. It easily runs my propane furnace, water pump, propane water heater and refrigerators giving us all the creature comforts during a power outage.

I like all of the features, the dual fuel is great and having it be electric start saves energy. And with the remote start key fob i don't even have to leave the house to start it. It runs great, and puts off all the power i need. Westinghouse is an amazing generator!

Just purchased unit and put it together. Couldn't have been easier. Connected propane and it started on second try. Runs like a champ. Took extra precaution by running generator for an hour then changing oil. Did this three times with putting under short loads the same time. Ran great.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. It was packaged well, seems very sturdy and a quality build. I bought it more for peace of mind during a power outage, so really not sure when I'll be taking it for it's first spin, but I feel pretty confident in it when that time comes.

Ordered on Sunday received on Tuesday. Just in time for hurricane Idalia on wed. I did all the prep work on Tuesday and ran it for an hour with no load. We lost power for 24 hours and this thing ran like a champ. 12 hours on a tank of gas. The manual was one of the best I have seen. It even comes with a parts breakdown manual. Just get one you won't be disappointed. Next step is to set it up for whole house.
