I bought this one-month ago as a backup generator for my house. Assembly was easy. With both a supply of propane and gasoline on hand, I particularly love the dual-fuel feature of the generator since I could run out of either fuel, but not likely both. Since I haven't needed to generator yet, I can't yet vouch for dependability, but it looks to be a well built, high-quality generator. If I have problems with it, I will update my post. So far, so good.

My old generator failed right after a severe storm and a couple days without power. I researched for 2 weeks for a replacement before purchasing this model. It was packaged well, and simple to put into service. The owners manual was clear and concise for set up and operating instructions. I look forward to having a fuel option to operate the generator. Now, I feel prepared for further power outages.

Purchased this generator after losing power for the second time in one month. After a lot of research, this had exactly what we needed (dual power with either propane or gas). We like the fact that we can operate our fridge, deep freeze, tankless water heater, and more with one generator. Gives us the peace of mind knowing that we won't lose everything until the power comes back on. Only advice that we have, when you make the purchase, make sure you have someone with you. It is heavy.

Purchased this generator as a back up power source since I lose power from time to time. I haven't had to use it yet but it's built solid and sturdy. Easy to move around with the handle once wheels are installed. I look forward powering up my house with this beast of a machine.

I'm a single woman. I had to get some help with putting the generator together only because of how heavy it was. But once it was put together, it was super easy to get it running. I got it just in time for hurricane Beryl. I highly recommend this generator!

I just had this delivered moments before. Just installed the feet and the wheels. I have not operated it yet because there is no need. I did look through the user manual and everything seems to be easy to follow. I am sure everything will work out well.

Bought this as our area has experienced increasingly frequent power outages. The last one was over 24 hours and the temperature was dropping into the single digits. Had an electrician put in a manual transfer switch and bought this generator. It shipped fast and set up was so easy (put on feet, wheels and add oil). It is great that it is tri fuel. I have natural gas outside for an outdoor grill and will run it off of that. Have done warm up period and hoping to not have to use it in the future but if so, we are ready and can power a pretty good portion of our home, certainly the essentials (multiple refrigerators, chest freezers, furnace) or maybe everything.

I bought this after the "Big Freeze" in Texas Feb 2021. I love all of the features this generator brings with it. It has the Key FOB to start it with. It has the auto start feature, in case you want to buy the extra box and run the cables for that. You can even pull start it in case the onboard battery should happen do run down. There is a meter on the side which gives you a read out of voltage, frequency and hours. It was a breeze to set up once it got here. I just put the rear wheels on it, front feet and filled it with the included oil. They even gave you the funnel! I made a few final checks and then I was ready to go.

I just bought this. It was delivered today. I put it together today with no problem only took me about 30 mins. Came with oil and funnel which was nice to add the oil. Also came with a charger for the battery which I most of overlooked buying this so bonus for me. Started right up with no issues. I am using this to keep the house powered up. It seems like our power goes out all the time so now I have a backup for this. I liked it so much I also told me friend and now she bought one also. I like the dual fuel. I plan to run a line to my 80lbs tank as a backup.

This generator is a beauty. I bought it for emergency power and haven't need it yet, thank goodness. It shipped relatively quick, considering I knew it wouldn't be standard two-day amazon prime. Setup was quick, and would have gone even faster with another person to help get the wheels on. I am grateful to have this in case of an emergency.
