I bought this a month ago and this generator is able to supply power to our entire food truck. We have had a couple issues with the generator, but it may be due to the battery. We are still trying to figure that out. But, it works well when it is running. Once we figure out if it is operator error or something else, we will be good to go.

This is my second one. i purchased one in ct. last year, and i have been patting myself on the back ever since. power was out for 7 days and it was a lifesaver. i changed the oil a couple times just to be safe but the generator ran perfectly. it took a while for this to be back in stock, but worth the wait

I bought the generator this week due to a massive power outage in our area. I unboxed it, added oil, added fuel, hooked up the battery andplaced the choke on . It fired up immediately. I was also impressed with the remote start. I placed the generator in my detached garage and could start it with the remote from my house.

I purchased this generator to power our travel trailer here at home in the event of a power outage so we could use both A/C's if needed, after doing some calculations I could also power our two refrigerators in the house at the same time. This makes for great peace of mind knowing we can live comfortably in the event of a power outage. When it was delivered the driver used a forklift to set the pallet with the generator on it in my garage for me, I'm 65 and I was afraid that it would be too heavy for me to work with to put the wheels on it. I was able to lift the wheel end and slide a piece of 4x4 under the frame with my foot and get the wheels put on with absolutely no problem at all, did the same thing on the other end to put on the support feet. Very pleased with my purchase.

I researched generators very very hard. The more research I did, it was evident that this was the generator to order. Really it had 4.7 out of five star rating with nearly 15,500 global reviews! To me it's a no-brainer, that was a lot of happy customers/families. The Westinghouse dual fuel, portable generator, WGEN 9500 DF. I had it shipped to my home. I was a little nervous about having something so large and heavy being shipped. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised the box was in perfect condition. We'll packed, we'll built. The generator itself is just amazing. It runs and looks like a fine piece of equipment. I am extremely happy/ satisfied and I would recommend this product to anybody.

I'm 100% satisfied with this generator! I searched and researched long and hard for one that would suit my families needs and I believe I found it. I've had it nearly a year and though I haven't needed it, I feel much better with it on standby. I charge the battery regularly and run the generator from time to time with the push of a button. Starts without fail!

The ease of use and dual fuel helped me decide to get this generator. I am familiar with generators from my Army days. Man have they come a long way. The capacity rating more than meets our needs in the event of a power outage. A great peace of mind for both my wife and me.

This dismay second Westinghouse generator. I upgraded to a Tri-Fuel model to avoid lugging propane canisters through the snow. It has plenty of power to run my well, heater, refer, washer/dryer, microwave, lights and all my entertainment devices. I especially love the remote start feature for those cold mornings where I want to warm my home before getting up.

After losing power too many times from storms decided to get a generator. After doing some research, this generator had more features for less money compared to other brands. Had an electrician hook this up with a transfer switch and propane and no more issues. Powerful enough for our little cabin in the north woods to run A/C, refrigerator and everything else with no problems. Some of the best money I have ever spent.

Did my research on this unit. Very high on the reviews with most people happy. I am 94 years old and well familiar with Westinghouse reputation for quality. This is a good looking unit and it was on sale. Haven't used it as yet as I have an eletrician coming to install it to power my home as a backup unit. Then another person coming to hook it to my main propane tank. It will be wonderful to be able to push a button and have the unit start powering the house instead of running extension cords and then pulling on a rope to get things started. Will publish another review after i've had a chance to have it run and power the house...Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the plastic wheels. For the kind of money involved it would seem that it could have had regular wheels with good rubber tires. The plastic ones kind of cheapen the unit......
