I purchased this last week and was delivered on time. packaging was good and all items were in excellent shape: Oil and even the oil funnel. Came with all the necessary tools for assembly. Assembly was quick and easy. I used propane and all hoses were included with the package. Used the remote start and clicked the button from 10 ft from the unit. Started immediately and ran it for about 10 minutes while testing various appliances without a problem.

I bought this in Nov. 2020 with no hassle shipping. I was in Montana when it was delivered and the men that delivered it put it exactly where my brother-in-law ask them to. I got back home middle of January and unpack the generator, followed the instructions, set it up on propane hit the key fob and it cranked the first try and been running great. So proud to have this generator. It has everything I have every wanted.,My Son in Montana knows it will be his when I'm gone to have and have a generator that will run his house if they lose power or anything. For now it will be running our 5th wheel camper when we go out there to visit. I wanted a generator to run on both gas and propane. Love it running on propane. This will last not on me but also my Son and his family for years to come.

This generator has a lot of great features and is surprisingly compact and easy to maneuver. It started right up and was ready to power items via the three-pronged outlets. We have hired an electrician to wire it into our house for home backup and cannot wait to see how it performs. Be sure to have extra oil ready when it gets delivered- the oil provided with the unit is nowhere near enough to fill the generator.

We have been trying to order this generator since March. They were out of stock until early June, just in time for hurricane season in south Florida. The generator was very easy to assemble and start. The electric start and remote start were key features along with the ability to run on propane.

Ordered as a replacement for a different brand generator. This is manufactured with much better quality, comes with better documentation and components, and easy to put together. Came highly reviewed and recommended and expect great use for the foreseeable future.

I bought this three weeks ago. As soon as I got it home, I hooked it up to a propane bottle and it started on the second try. The electric start is much better than having to pull on a starter rope (although there is one as a backup to the electric start). This generator is much quieter than my old 5KW generator and is much more powerful. I like the dual fuel setup as it allows use of either propane or gasoline to operate the generator.

Upside: Easy set up and simple operating. Powers my entire house include AC units. Downside: Wheels are plastic, not durable and poor placement of 50amp plug which is hard to access with a 90 degree 50 amp cord plug. get a straight in line plug for better fit

This generator is easy to use right out of the box. I have tested and love the remote control function of it. It is a very heavy unit and hopefully that means that it is durable. I haven't used it long enough to give it a 5 star. I will break in and start using to see it's full capacity and hopefully have the time to give you all a feedback on it. So far, it's the best one that I bought so far.

I bought this a few days ago and I am pleased with the purchase. This particular generator was recommended by a few people I talked too. I also had an electrician install an inlet box so I could connect it straight to the breaker. Definitely feel prepared for any future power outage.

I purchased this generator to upgrade an older 5500 watt generator that was not powerful enough to run my homes HVAC system. This unit does the job with power to spare. The big tires are really nice when rolling the unit across the lawn from my storage shed to the house's transfer which connection. I highly recommend this generator!
