I am so happy I got this, much needed. it has dual fuel just the right power to run whatever I want in my home, and on the go! I live in a small town which control their power and it glitches and isn't very good out here, this really helps! hope to get off the grid soon

Noise level isn't horrible for a generator of this size and output, I was pleasantly surprised. I had the generator put together (minimal assembly) out of the box in under 30 minutes with oil and gas. Started on the first attempt with the draw cord. Shut it down and started again with the remote start feature without any problems. The only thing I haven't tried is running it off propane but have no doubt it'll be just fine. So far it's a great generator being used for home and RV trips. It's bulky and heavy but good luck finding something this powerful for under 200lbs.

The manual is thorough and answered all the questions I had as someone who doesn't know engines much. Do note that the wheels don't ship attached. You have to lift the unit a bit to get them on. It's easy, but you might need help. You don't have to put the wheels on either if you wanna just leave it stationary.

I bought this and it was delivered 2 days later. Minor assembly required and had no issues. Started right up when I hit the start button on the remote control. Now to setup the deadmen switch on my breaker panel and mount the external plug and I'm ready for the next power outage.

I bought this generator for the up-and-coming hurricane season in Louisiana. Love the features on it that it had to offer especially the 50 amp to be able to run the whole house with a transfer switch. The set up was easy it started on the first start with the key fob. If I had anything negative to say I wish it was a little bit quieter when it ran other than that I was very pleased with it.

Once home, putting on the wheels and supports was a breeze. I did have to ask why the battery was dead and not charging. Support came back very fast and let me know what I had to do to connect the battery-quick connect as they has a small change in packing. Other than adding fuel and oil, no other assembly was required. Started right up. Hooked it up and put in under load with gas then propane. Love the battery start. Tested the remote from upstairs and across the house - works great and powers everything I wanted in my 3-story house.

Just bought this Generator, due to seeing high reviews for it. Loved the fact that it is dual power, and portable. Living in Florida you really need one. And this one fits all my needs. Would recommend the 9500 dual power generator by Westinghouse to anyone needing one.

All the instructions and accessories arrived as expected, and the generator was in good condition.

As an elderly veteran, I needed a reliable, simple-to-use generator here in Louisiana, where we frequently lose power. This Westinghouse 9500 has proven to be just that. I use propane, which stores well for long periods, and the remote electric start is simply a dream come true. No more yanking a recoil chord, although it has one as a back-up if necessary. Thanks Westinghouse, for building a GREAT yet simple machine. (and what little assembly it needed, was also super simple.)

I have not started this up yet but so far, I am very pleased with my purchase. Product was delivered to my home seven days after ordering. Way sooner than expected. Everything was well packaged with minimal assembly required. Good manual, and parts drawing included.
