I bought this generator in a October of this year and I'm very pleased with this product. I really like all the plug in options, I like the push button start, the remote start, I like that it's dual fuel, so I can either run gasoline or propane, it's quieter than I expected it to be, and it powered all the appliances and amenities that I needed with ease. I will definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

Ordered this as we were starting a 5 day power outage and I certainly wish I had it sooner! With 9500 watt capacity I'll be able to keep my 2 fridge units, my Neighbors unit ( she's alone in her 70s) and lights next time and not lose all the food. Since it arrived on a rainy day, I haven't had a chance to run it yet, but very impressive

Very pleased with this generator. Runs our whole house including the A/C. Awesome, with just a flick of the transfer switch and we are home free. Goodbye hurricane outages. Live in Florida and after Ian, we will not be left in the dark again or lose our freezer food.

This generator is a good choice for someone who wants a home standby generator that will power the entire home if plugged into a transfer switch at a much lower price then others on the market. The remote can turn on and off the generator and it produces clean power at a consistent and non fluctuating 120 V. This generator has many features that you would only get in a permanent standby generator.

YES!! Dual Fuel!!!!!!!! I purchased this with the peace of mind knowing that I can use GASOLINE or PROPANE. I KEEP 15 gallons of gasoline on hand and 3 20 pound propane tanks. I live In Michigan and the infrastructure with DTE is HORRIBLE we lose power 3-4 times a year. It powers my entire 2200 sq. ft. home and AC unit with all LED lights, and l have a pool. Why I waited until my kids were older I don't know!! I no longer have to zip tie the refrigerator door handles…100% peace of mind. I chose the portable in case/when we move it goes with us. The moving handle is easy to use. I'm strong and by myself I can lift it up 1 8” step and 1 4” and 6” step, a small block ramp would make it easier. Shoes nicely in the garage under my bench. Hook up is easy. Push button, pull start or Key Fob. Also Westinghouse uses a CAST IRON ENGINE block which made me choose it, Heavy Duty motors last way longer than others. Full Synthetic oil is all I'll ever use, good maintenance schedule and care. This generator will go to my kids one day.

I just received my new generator and set it up to run on natural gas piped into my house. I made the connection and followed Straat up instructions and it ran as described. It was actually quieter than I expected. I would have ran it longer, but could not move it easily as the hardware kit for the wheels and supports did not ship in the box. I called customer service in a Sunday and made contact. Parts should be on teh way soon.

We have well water and when power goes out we don't have water. This unit connect to my house propane tank for long running without filling up. I'll be powering my remote barn with this unit. Remotes work great to easily start the generator without directly accessing it. Setup was fast and easy.

This is a big and powerful generator. Given its size, it is still relatively easy to move around. The 50Amp outlet was easy to connect to an electrician installed plug on the outside of my house. Now, during a loss of power, I can run the whole house without a worry or a bunch of extension cords. The dual option is also a great option

I live in the mountains, the power has gone out a least 5 times this last year, and we are told by the utility company to be prepared, this generator has the power to keep my freezer, refrigerator, and the the routers I need to keep the satellite working so I have cell phone service, a must in this area for ALERTS for wild fires and weather. This gives me peace of mind.

I bought this generator in April this year and have already had to use several times due to storms and power outages. As we live in a very rural setting this is a necessity for home. House is wired to enable generator to plug in outside plug which enables generator to power our home, deep well pump and water pump to the house. Works great.
