Read all the reviews, which were 95% all positive. The only negative ones were mainly dealing with shipping damage issues. Just received it yesterday, arrived in excellent shape. Set up and start up was easy. The only thing I needed to do was buy more 10W30 oil. The oil provided was barely enough to get it to the minimum safe level. I wasn't taking any chances just for peace of mind. I read some reviews about it being loud, not so. I put this together in my garage due to it being cold outside. When it started ( in my well ventilated garage) it was surprisingly quiet.

Easy to set up (minutes), Great features, and plenty of power to run nearly anything you could possibly need in an emergency. The remote keyfob is a nice convenience feature, especially if the weather is cold, and you have extension cords running from the generator into the house. This is a quality product, and I would highly recommend it to anyone shopping for a portable generator.

Been looking to buy a generator for awhile now. Living in the county, you know you are going to be the last to get your power restored, so I have been budgeting for a generator. I thought I was months for purchasing one until I saw the 9500DF. Upon arrival (great delivery also), I unboxed, followed the easy to understand instructions and I am ready to go. I've been showing this sucker off to my friends like it is a new truck. All of them have said how "fancy" this thing is because of: 30A or 50A plugs Push start and pull start Gas or Propane Remote Start Transfer Switch Ready Overall slick look and so much more.... I've been parading this bad boy around like a show pony. Don't wait....buy it!!! Worth EVERY penny!!

While I have not used the generator for its intended purpose as a power backup, the set up could not have been easier. After quickly installing the wheels and resting pads, all I had to do was add the oil, connect the battery and the propane before pushing the button on the key fob. It fired up immediately. I am also impressed that they include a battery charger that simply plugs into a port should you need to use it. Very impressed so far.

This Generator is amazing. I put oil, followed simple directions, put in Non Ethanol Gas, choked, two pulls later, it fired off. I could use the push button or FOB remote starter, just wanted to try manual start. No problems once running. It is very heavy, but the large tires and the front handle, I pulled it with ease. Once it started, and ran for about half an hour, powered off. I then started with the push button start and FOB start, it purred like a kitten. Next I connected to Propane, and started in the same order. I would highly recommend this Generator ti anyone. I will also use for my house if ever needed. Heck, it even comes with oil and a funnel too!

I am happy with the product, I looked at my reviews before purchasing. The redundancy of dual fuel is nice especially in the event of an emergency. It is a heavy well built product. I plan on hooking it up to a home transfer switch for use during power outages to keep larger appliances and boiler system operational. The only issue is that the frame came damaged, as if a large object was dropped on it. There was no indication of this until it was opened which leads me to think it was done prior to boxing it up.

Purchased generator in preparation for hurricane season. Need to keep well going for livestock. Big enough to do a lot more. Started right up out of the box both gas and propane no problems. Only tried drill and skilsaw, so far works well. Will try more equipment and my RV soon.

Arrived 8/3/2024 with no issues. Took about 20 minutes to install hardware and do pre-start check list. The generator started on the first try and also ran great on LP. No issues!! Next, get the transfer switch and easy start added to AC and I'll be ready for the next power outage.

Bought to be used for home power outages and I used it within a week to power the house when we lost power due to a storm. We have a 50 amp interlock kit installed on our house. We have not used it very long, we generally get power restored within 6-12 hours. But it works great so far.

Haven't had to use yet, but my house loses power at least 2x/ year due to storms. With 2 young kids we finally broke down and bought a generator. We love the dual power feature. This will definitely come in handy and we are pleased with the price and the features.
