Just unboxed my generator from the delivery service. Nice looking generator, and it was very easy to assemble the wheels and support legs. There appeared to be no surface damage(dents, cracks, etc) to the box or the generator from shipment. I noticed there was a oil leak(about 1-2oz) from the generator during shipment. The shipping cardboard was dark brown and wet to the touch on the bottom of the container. This concerns me as there is a yellow tag attached that states "Caution Oil has been drained for shipping." 1. If the oil was drained, why do I have an oil leak? 2. Even if the oil wasn't fully drained, the oil drain bolt was completely tight. So, again, why do I have a leak and where did it leak from? Note- The leak didn't come from the included bottle of oil as it was sealed in a plastic ziplock bag. Anyway, I will update this review one way or the other after I start up the engine to see if it works. I will also further inspect the unit to see if I can find out where the oil leaked from.

I bought this unit on 9-18-23, received it on 9-20-23 and proceeded to set it up as per instructions. With that done, fueled up and oil in, I started and plugged in some lights. As in the first review I sent, no power. Today, I decided to take another look and read the setup guide again. I owe everyone involved my sincere apology on my insistence that it was defective. Part of the instructions was to check the "circuit breakers" that they were all in the set position, and they were. The two GFI protected outlets are black and nowhere did it mention to check those in the instructions. I checked them today and both were in the tripped position and just looking at them you could not tell. I reset both and now all is well. So though I feel "stupid" for overlooking them, It is a great pc of equipment.

Arrived at my house in solid, well built packaging. Very easy to assemble, and it started right up. Came with everything you need to get it going. I will be using it to back up my house when power goes out. Very well made, with easy to work on maintenance points. It will likely last a lifetime with proper maintenance.

Just recieved this generator as of this email. Generator seems very well built and seems like it will last for many years. Noise level of generator isn't overly loud but I would say it is comperable to the same size generators on the market. Also one of the wheels rubbs on the battery as it turns but that might be something I need to adjust. Also weight of generator is of comperable generators on the market. Love the push botton start and keyless start.

I was in need of a power generator and happy I settled on this one. Gives me peace of mind when the power goes out in my home. I am surely pleased with the ease of starting with the remote, and the convenance of the dual fuel feature. It keeps both my refrigerators and freezer working well plus a little light source.

I bought this generator a few weeks ago. Timing couldn't have been more perfect. Had a storm take down my power lines and had no power for a couple of days. Fired this right up and it started instantly, great back up generator and plenty of power for my well, stove, furnace, etc. I need to upgrade to a bigger transfer switch and then this should be able to power my entire house in an emergency.

Just bought this generator and got it set up and tried it out. Started right up with the remote ,which I think is fantastic! I love all the features like the type of battery and that it has a quick connect. The generator is easy to use and will definately meet my needs. Glad I purchased this product.

Wished I had bought this a week earlier when much of VA endured week long power outage. In addition to the high wattage capacity, there are a lot of excellent features that I did not appreciate until I got to toy around with it. I must say I'm very fond of the remote start capability and the auto-choke that alleviates trudging through deep snow and dealing with cold temps to get it started. Besides testing it out with a 1000W work lamp, I have not had this generator long enough to see it in action during an actual power outage but I'm confident it will do the job.

Just bought this today in preparation for another possible power outage, so don't expect to use it too often, but the initial inspection and packaging was great. Everything was packed securely, and the quality of the item and the protective framework were amazing. Will finish up tomorrow, fire it up and do a break-in run so that it will be ready for service when needed. A lot of power available at a reasonable cost to protect our home when power goes out, saving refrigerated items along with keeping ourselves cool / warm and the lights on.

The generator was packed well and worked right out of the box. everything I needed to get started, minus fuel. Used propane and it started right up. I'm looking forward to having power if my electric goes off from a storm. Great warranty which helped me decide to purchase this unit.
