I bought this for peace of mind after losing power for days after a hurricane. It fits perfectly in my backyard and is just what I need to supply electricity to my refrigerator and window unit air conditioner plus a few extras. It's easy to start and maintain.

The generator was very easy to set up and worked in both gasoline and propane modes. The remote and electric starts makes starting it a breeze. Would give it 5 but haven't hooked it up to the house yet but anticipating the unit will provide the power it promises.

I'm reviewing the WGn9500DF... I had an old small generator that needed replaced now that I have a lot more stuff that needs to run in case of a power outage. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and I found this one. It had every feature I wanted including being dual fuel and having an electric start and this one also has a remote start, talk about convenience! I received it almost 2 weeks earlier than expected and in great condition. I opened it, read everything first then followed the directions for attaching feet and wheels, adding the oil, and attaching the LP tank. I pushed the START button and it fired right up. I shut it off and started it with the remote and it fired right up. It wasn't as loud as I thought it be, at least no louder than the little one it replaced.This was a fantastic purchase and I almost want the power to go out so I can use it, maybe I'll take it camping so I can use it. I will update once I have the chance to use it.

I purchased this generator as an emergency back up just in case we ever loose power. When it arrived, I un boxed it and was immediately impressed with the quality of its construction and the fit and finish of the machine. It took about 30 minutes to get it put together, filled with oil, and connected to a propane tank. When everything was ready, I hit the button on the remote start and the generator lit right up and functioned flawlessly. Overall, I am impressed with this unit.

Bought to replace a smaller 5800 watt coleman. Super easy set up just put the wheels and legs on and add oil. Battery was already to go but I charged it to make sure. Fob worked from far away. I like the auto start feature where it tries 3 times to start with on push of fob or start button. Dual fuel cut over is great. I may try propane first before I ever put gas in. This is for emergency use in CA where we have fire prevention power shut offs that can last 5 days. Dont have my transfer system installed yet so I only did a few extension cord tools at once. Nice feature is multi gauge that shows voltage and power use.

The generator is ver well built, the instructions on how to assemble the handle is very easy to read. I gave this a 4 star because the flat prongs on the back of charger for the wireless remote can broken. They were indented into the charger box. So you can't charge the wireless remote

Unboxed and checked for damage, everything seems to be OK. Assembled the handle and wheels very easy. Owners manual instructions are very easy to understand. Fuel, oil and connected the battery and started on the 3rd try with electric start. Display works shows 244 v. When I plugged a circular saw in the ground fault plugs it wouldn't run. Upon inspection the reset between the 2 plugs on each were tripped. Reset and the saw works on all the receptacles. Haven't tried the 30 or 5p amp yet. Ran for 5 hrs and used the saw to put a load on it on and off. Now planning on changing and replacing the oil with 5w30 synthetic. Very happy so far as I started it several times after getting the 5hr run and it started right up. Put stabilizer in the fuel also. Will try it with propane later

I bought this 1 year ago and until now I use it, I had not left a review before because I had not used it, I mean that this is super good you can connect it to your whole house even the A/C works perfect it is more powerful with gasoline that with gas

I have only had it in possession for a week or so and having to call today on why it will not run my lights in my shop when a 3500 watt inverter does without any problem. I am hoping Westinghouse will take care of this problem when I call today. It runs everything else in my shop except my lights which are LED and pull least wattage of anything. Hoping this is a simple fix

I live on the mountain and needed a generator because we frequently lose electricity in the winter. This generator was easy to set up and comes with a bunch of great features. It seems like it's very well made. My family feels much better now that we have a reliable power source in the winter.
