I ordered through “The Build Club” located in Los Angeles. They had the best pricing and it was shipped directly to my driveway and the delivery guy helped me bring it to my backyard. It's heavy without the wheels. The unit looks clean and sharp! Really easy to install the wheels and rubber feet. I'm looking forward to testing it out once I review the manual! Will update more later!

After being out of power for 4 days decided to buy this generator to power my appliances after the first break-in period changed the oil and was ablet to run the generator on and off for the next 4 days with no issues whatsoever, decided to purchase a second one for my buisness

We bought this after a recent outage of electricity, although it has been an ongoing discussion in our house since the previous outage, which lasted 10 days. We have not had to use it as of yet, but will totally be worth the expense when we have this issue again.

I bought this genset May 22. I did a test start and everything worked great 110 240 are good. I ran it for 30 min with a lawn mower, halogen lights and a fan. All worked great. Easy assembly, it started up on propane and ran great. I will probably never put gasoline in unless I need all its power

After alot of research,I decided that the Wgen9500df was the generator for me. After a bad storm a couple of weeks ago that took out power in most of our county. I went and purchased the supplies to hook up to our house. Let's just say it performed flawless. It ran everything in our house for several days. No more worries about power outages ever again. I am so glad that I waited to get a Westinghouse product. I give it 5 stars. Great job Westinghouse. You lived up to your reputation.

Bought it for my dad and it is perfect! He's thrilled as he lives about 200 miles away and is 90 - so, with Winter coming up, there isn't the worry that he had before when he lost power. We just recently upgraded our generator to be able to run more items during the storm season in Louisiana. We lose power about 3 times in the summer anywhere from 1-9 days at a time. The generator itself is beautiful in looks and the remote start is a great feature. It gives me peace of mind to know all my wife has to do is press the remote start button on the key chain to get everything back up and going.

I live in Houston & the weather here is so crazy, I lose power at least 4 to 5 times a year. It's so hot, & I have small kids so I can't take the chances anymore of being without power after a storm/hurricane when it's 100 degrees outside! So happy I went with this generator! Just tested it running on propane and getting a transfer switch installed, & it powers my whole 2000 sqft home with no issues. Including running my whole A/C unit and Refrigerator. Looking forward to running it our next power outage!

We live in a rural area with frequent outages. I rely on three sump pumps because we live next to a stream. When it rains long and heavy to stream overflows and we get seepage. Should the power fail this would flood my basement. The generator is more than adequate to power all my pumps and keep the fridge going.

After a 4-day power outage with temperatures in the teens, and the realization of Maine's future weather changes due to global warming, we NEEDED to purchase a reliable generator. After researching and family recommendations, this unit seems perfect for our needs. We have not used the generator as of yet. Still in the "setting" up process.
