I bought the generator and am thrilled with the features, along with the fact that it can be run on gas or propane. Handle and wheels makes it convenient for a female to get it in position for use. Electric start is also one of the best ever features! I'm ready for hurricane season!

This really checks all the boxes. Great price for what you get. Plenty of power. Duel fuel. Easy to move with the wheels. And I was pleasantly surprised as far as how loud it was. From reading some reviews I was expecting it to be real loud and unbearable. Is it whisper quiet? Obviously not. This thing is a Beast. But nowhere near what I was expecting. Don't hesitate. Just buy it.

I bought this Generator to feed my entire house. It has more than enough power to feed everything I need. Also a big deciding factor for us was the remote start! We love the remote start because my wife is Pregnant and we have a puppy and she cannot go outside to start it if I'm not around. Now she can be in the house and start it and stop it if need be. Westinghouse with the home run on this product!

I bought this generator only couple of weeks ago after extended search and checking, reading many reviews . Wgen9500DF always come out on the top or close to it. Unpacking and assembly was a snap. Oil included and the battery was charged. Electric start at first time did required the setting of the choke (The Quick Start Guide didn't ask for it) but then started right away. Load testing at ~2kW went fine, the engine idled and rev up nicely as the load came on line and cycled. Since the generator just a fairly expensive insurance policy against outages the real value of it I'll learn later, preferably much later. Until that I cannot judge reliability or peak-load performance. The generator has a good array of outlets and safety features. I like the digital display however a watts readout function would be useful. I'm not sure the real life value of a remote starter since you have to turn on the fuel valve somehow, but nice to have one. Overall I'm very satisfied for now and hope it will stay that way.

I just purchased this to use to power my home during power outages. It came packaged well, and the quality is notable. It is very portable, with wheels and a handle, despite the weight of the unit. I am excited to have this generator to sustain power to my home during outages.

This generator did not just arrive on time, but 3 days early. The packaging was great, product was received in perfect condition. This tri fuel generator comes with a 25' natural gas line with quick disconnects, propane regulator adaptor, motor oil, and a tool kit. Assembly was very easy, just add the wheels and 2 front stabilizers. Unit even comes with a remote start stop style key fob. Set up and start up are extremely easy. This unit was put to work immediately upon arrival as Hurricane Beryl has just destroyed the power grid in the Houston Texas area. I am excited to have this generator on standby for all my power backup needs. I will be connecting this to my homes breaker box via a generator 50 amp inlet box, however at this time I am trying to locate a 50 amp breaker, which I may not have for a few more days.

I bought this to be prepared for hurricane season in Eastern NC. My house is wired ready for a generator and I like the dual fuel option. It's solidly built yet portable enough to easily move. The instructions for assembly and running were simple. It took me less than thirty minutes to be up and running. For its size, it's reasonably quiet. I love the electric start, so if I'm not at home when the power goes out, my wife can easily fire it up.

I received my Westinghouse 9500Tfc with no problems and setup was super smooth. Put on the wheels and added oil, hooked up to propane tank and fired up on first try. Ran very smoothly and noise was not that bad (it is a big boy). I ran for an hour with variable loads and my Power Watchdog surge protector showed a very consistent voltage. Got a 50 amp cord and had an electrician wire a generator inlet with interlock to my home panel. Planning on having a natural gas quick connect installed on my pool heater gas line out back so I can just hook up and let it go. Just waiting for the next storm…. Thanks Westinghouse

I have only used it to try it out and it works great. It runs my whole house even my AC. The only thing it won't run is my heating system. I have a gas stove and water heater and a wall gas heater. Hope I never have an emergency and have to use it, but now I'm ready.

Bought this generator due to a snowstorm in Houston about 2 years ago. I did not use it as I had no need to. Then Hurricane Beryl hit and we were without power for 5 days, but this generator provided power to my home with the special connector and my neighbors on both sides ran power cords to it as well. I got us through the 5 days especially with the heat advisories in effect and humidity.
