Have only had the generator for one day everything was packaged nicely and it all went together easily I am running it on propane and it started right up and carried the load of my house I intended on with no problems Really like that it has a printed users manual and other paperwork to many tools etc onl have a digital online users manual

I just received my new WGen9500DF. My new garage is awaiting completion where I plan to use this as 240V power for welding when needed and, first and foremost, as a home backup power source for outages. The generator was received in excellent condition and attaching the wheels and feet and adding the supplier oil took all of 10 minutes. Next best thing to "no assembly required". I can't wait to put it to use!!! I've used a small 40 year old Dayton 3000/2000 in the past which kept my refrigerators and a couple other items going, but had to be filled up ever 2.5 to 3 hours. With this one, I can tap into the house using the proper switching equipment and be confident that we can weather any outage by selectively using anything in the house up to the run rating and not worry about frequent refills or the availability of power at gas stations due to the dual fuel capability. I have never owned a generator before but after being without power or water for 7 days as a result of a bad storm that had to change. Found the quality of this to be great built very solid and easy to use for a first time experience with a generator this has been a great one.

So glad to have purchased this generator. We bought this last December (2021) and it sat untouched until just this last April (2022). We had a bad winter storm the end of April and lost power. But we were quickly able to set-up this generator and were able to power two chest freezers, two refrigerators, an internet router, & two computers with no problem for about six hours until our power was restored.

I bought this a month ago for peace of mind during power outages. It has all the features like dual fuel, electric start and a 50 amp outlet. The whole system is sturdy and well built. Assembly involves bolting on the rubber feet and sliding the wheels on which takes maybe 15 minutes total. The electric start really makes the difference becuase you push a button and it fires right up. I plugged in a few things into it like a toaster oven and a window ac unit. It handled them no problem and I will add in a complete review once I get to use it during an outage.

I have not used this generator yet. I got this as a clearance item. All of the reviews seems good. I live in Florida and have been looking at getting a generator for some time. This seems to be a good value. The dual-fuel option is my favorite part.

I bought the generator for the next power outage and didn't set it up right away. So when the power went out, I run to a fuel station to get propane and set it up. 1 h later (incl. 30min round trip to fuel station for propane) the generator was running and all day the next week!

Would not start on gasoline, 10 attempts. Hooked up propane. It started up on first try. I ran it for 30 minutes, shut it down, switched to gasoline. It started up. Problem solved it self, I think. I have run it for 2 hours, letting it cool down and will try a restart.

Unpacked and performed the minimal and easy assembly. Put oil and gas in it. Started our new Westinghouse WGen9500DF on gasoline and then ran it on propane. Ran like a champ! Outlets easily ran what we plugged in. This generator is a workhorse and much quieter to run than we expected. Bonus: Bought on 6/18/21 and received it a full week before the expected delivery date.

After much research, the WGen9500DF was my selection due to its features and it being a Westinghouse product. The minimal prep went without a hitch, with very good directions. It started and ran on propane with the first try and flawlessly switched over to gasoline without missing a beat. I am currently working on the break in so I can't speak for its reliability but so far I am impressed. Built like a tank.
