I bought this unit a couple of months ago and just got around to having an electrician wire the house. Shortly after the unit arrived in early March I started it up using propane (after reading the manual) and it ran beautifully. Today when I tried to start it for the electrician it would not start on propane...crazy. I put gas in it which I didn't want to do. It started and ran on gas and it ran my whole house. The disappointing thing is that I called the service hotline on a Saturday morning to ask someone for help. It was an answering service and they said that someone would call me during normal business hours next week. So, if there was an emergency and you needed to use your generator on the weekend there would be no assistance. The woman on the phone said they would give me the nearest service location to take it to. So beware because I would consider this a major missing link in their system. Maybe others are the same. I'll see what happens next week...when I'm at my full time residence...200 miles from the generator.

I live in a area that has many outages this Generator gives me peace of mind that i can still have power with generator when electric is out but the best thing about the generator is it runs gas or propane i will use propane cause it doesn't go stale so ready anytime to start

Generator arrived in good condition, was easy to install the wheels, and place the battery on charge. The supplied oil and funnel completed the prestart checklist, starting is easy with the remote. I ran the generator unloaded to break in the engine the after installing a proper disconnect and receptacle generator was loaded. This is not the excessively loud, however it does make noise, as I live out of town it was not a real concern to me. For the price this is a good unit with enough power for most items, the ability to run on propane was important to me as you can store it almost forever. The unit can run on gas however gas has a limited shelf life.

Purchased a couple months ago, Started on propane for break in. Started and ran smoothly. Plugged a few different electrical devices in and seems to be a keeper. It is a bit louder than expected but not advertised as quiet so it is what it is. When I added all the provided oil it was on the low end of the dip stick, wish I had 1 to 2 more ounces of oil included.

I bought this generator about a week ago and haven't had a chance to get my full use out of it yet however, the assembly to put the wheel kit on was done in a matter of minutes and fired right up upon testing to make sure everything worked as advertised. I was originally skeptical on buying a push start generator since it required a battery and is just an additional thing to have to maintain and worry about however I was pleased to find that it does indeed have a recoil start (pull cord) backup in case the battery is dead. This generator produces more than enough output for everyone I want to keep running during power outages. Overall great generator so far!

Recently purchased! Fast on time delivery! Product as advertised! I've unboxed and assembled, but have not had time to run it. Hope all continues to go well!! Nice looking generator; heavy-duty and sophisticated at the same time! It took me a month to do reviews and Googles to find out this was the best buy. I wanted the little extras like push start, keyless remote, LED lights, cushion wheels, padded pull bar, filtered exhaust,etc.. I got the looks, power, features, warranty, plus a Free cover when I registered the generator.

I bought this genset May 22. I did a test start and everything worked great 110 240 are good. I ran it for 30 min with a lawn mower, halogen lights and a fan. All worked great. Easy assembly, it started up on propane and ran great. I will probably never put gasoline in unless I need all its power

Bought this during the winter storm of 2021. Extremely long story short, my parents live in Texas and I was out of country jumped on first flight possible and returned to the states. I needed to take a generator to Texas from my home in Alabama. I had a decent size one at home a made the drive to help them have power. I ordered this generator on my return and when I returned home I opened the box, I was really not expecting to have such a high quality product. It is larger and better built than my last one. Have to give this a 5 star, side note it has a remote start, not sure what I'd use that for but it's definitely a plus!

I Bought this about seven months ago due to freeze and power outages in Texas. very satisfied with the power output , i have a sub panel away from the home to keep it from getting wet. I dose power all my major appliances and AC units. The only thing is that when i try to turn it on with the pull mechanism it is extremally difficult. Also if it gets wet it is hard to start as well. for those to reasons i am not 100% satisfied.

Well packaged, seems well built and very happy with the purchase. Havnt had to use it yet but I'm comfortable knowing it's our new generator. We replaced a old Coleman that had seen better days and hopeful this one last as long as that one did. Time will tell and a follow up review with 5 stars hopefully after a day without power.
