Even though I haven't had to depend on it, I am so glad I made this purchase a couple months ago especially with so many people experiencing power outages this winter. The electrician that I had install a transfer switch to the house's electrical system had nothing but good things to say, which made me feel comfortable that I made a great purchase.

I bought it a few months ago. Did not produce power. Customer service has been great. They sent me a new voltage regulator to try but that did not work. They had me load it on a pallet and Westinghouse arranged to have a truck come pick it up. I just received the replacement and everything seems to be good! We will see how it goes !!

Bought this generator for the hurricane seasons. Received it yesterday. Was very heavy at first but took it out of the box and put on the wheels and feet and I was able to move it around very easily. Set it up and did a test run. Easily got started on gasoline and then switch to propane with out any effort.

I thought it was going to be more complicated to put together but to my surprise it's not. It's just what I need and I love it. I love the remote start also I thought it was going to be more complicated to put together but it wasnt. I love the remote start also. It started up right away I didn't even have to charge the battery. And it works on both fules.

Just bought this dual fuel generator to pair with a new home transfer switch. It has all the bells and whistles to make the Westinghouse 9500DFc the perfect choice. The 120/240 L14-30 outlet should adequately power my deep well 240 pump. Generator includes a built-in battery charger and a remote electric start switch.

Bought this a month ago, just in time for a big storm. Had an electrician install a Generlink system and hooked this right up to it. Powered everything I needed it to in my house. Used propane. You can easily switch to gasoline. Happy I paid the extra money for extra output on wattage.

This generator has it all. Comes with everything to get you going right out of the box. Very good quality, Remote start, you cant touch a similar generator for this price. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Thank You Westinghouse, and your local!

Best I seen out there for the price. Really like the fact that it came with a battery maintainer that plugs right into the panel. Solid rubber tires another plus. Has all the features on the panel that you could want . Really looking forward to putting this Generator in service....

Just opened our 9500DF. We use several portable generators during the year. We have used several different brands over the years. Some are better than others. This was a large wattage generator at an affordable price. Shipping was fast and setup was quick and easy. (Just to clarify, we have not put the generator under operational loads yet, but so far everything is good.) Looking forward to using this unit.

Bought this generator to replace our older one. We decided to go more powerful as saving food has become a priority due to costs rising. We hope to maintain a deep freeze and refrigerator. The power of this generator should run most needed items in our home. Lack of employees has made getting the power back on slower than it used to be and less care and maintenance of power lines causing more power outages. (Progress they call it.) The ability to use gas or propane is a plus. (Solar not really a good option in Ohio.) We found it a little difficult to start, so removed the air filter and sprayed “Gumout starting fluid” directly into the air intake to give it a boost (old grandpa's trick) and it started right up. Took one star off for having to do this. Runs a bit loud but it is a generator. Easy to move about with rugged wheels. So far we are pleased with this generator. A friend was looking to buy one too and chose the same one. Hoping we don't need to use it too often but will update this review if we do.
