As a Florida Gulf Coast resident, reliable alternate power is extremely important. My generator arrived in excellent condition, with no external or concealed damage. It was well packaged and all parts were included. It is heavy for an old guy, but I was able to assemble it without much trouble. I hooked it up to propane and it started on the first attempt with the remote. My hope is that, except for routine maintenance, I never have to start it again.

I love this generator, Super heavy duty. This generator will be more power than you'll need. With the duel fuel option and multiple ways to start it, I can't believe it has a remote start! One tip if you buy this generator bring two helpers to lift it, It's very very heavy. Once you attach the wheels it is very easy to maneuver.

We received our generator in good shape after shopping and comparing for weeks. It is as advertised and is easy to operate. I wanted something powerful, but that I could use without requiring a pull start. After going back and actually reading the instructions, we were able to get the push start going. Very easy to start and no fumes when running on propane. It is still loud, but will be fine in the garage. I will be able to run most of the house off of this.

I purchased this generator as a replacement to my older generator. I now have the peace of mind that I will be able to run all my heating and lighting needs during storms and downed trees. I love the fact the generator runs on both gasoline and propane. The generator runs extremely quiet compared to other models. The easy push button start and remote are a blessing. Bought this generator a couple weeks ago due to occasional outages in the area winter or summer. It was easy to set up. Just install the wheels and feet. They even give you the oil to put in the engine. Plug in the battery and ready to go. The manual is easy to read and understand. There is a 5 hour engine break-in time stated in the manual which is good to know before using it. The machine is not overly loud. Probably what you would expect. Two different fuel types and three ways to start it. How great is that! Remote start works as intended. The control panel is easy to use and has an information readout for run time, frequency and trouble codes. There is plenty of power to run the house. I'm kinda hoping to not need it but if I do we will be all set and we'll taken care of. Thank you Westinghouse for such a great affordable whole house generator!

I purchased this generator because of frequent power outages in my area. It has electric start and I love that it can run on gasoline or propane. It starts easily and runs fairly quietly for a generator this size. I am running it on propane because I always have a couple of 20# grill cylinders in my storage shed..

My decision to purchase this generator was based on the wattage I needed and the features. I wanted a dual fuel generator in order to be prepared for an outage and fuels that might be available. I like having the option for propane as it is easier for me to store. I haven't owned this generator very long, but I did do a functional load test with both gasoline and propane. Having a 30 amp and a 50 amp outlet is important to me because I use both. I like that it has a start/stop button and a remote start/stop fob. It's also important that there is a manual pull cord as a backup.

Simple set up, Started 1st try with Remote Start, Dual fuel option is very convenient, 50amp plug is perfect for whole home power to include running a 4 ton A.C. start up, utilizing an Micro Air Easy Start to lower start up amps. Good investment for peace of mind plus 3yr warranty, makes for an excellent purchase to be ready for ERCOT rolling blackouts.

Bought the generator and was extremely pleased with the easy setup and operation. Instructions are very good-easy to understand. The folding handle makes it very easy to move around. Operation is quieter than anticipated. Switchover from gas to LP is quick and easy.

Received this generator as promised, looks great. Only took 45 min. to unpack and assemble, (wheels and front feet, add oil and fuel, plug in battery). It started right up with no issues. Ran on gas for a while then switched to propane while running with no issues, ran for a while then switched back, no issues. runs a little rough for only a second when switching between fuel sources but that is expected. Put a light load on it for break in, haven't ran whole house yet but expect it to work perfectly whenever power goes out again.
