I looked at several makes before settling on this one. I wanted the duel fuel option and a 50 amp outlet. That narrowed things down but the 8500 running watts on propane made this a no brainer. The electric and remote start features are icing on the cake. Will be used as hurricane backup and the propane option means no need to store large quantities of gasoline. All things considered this is a great overall bargin.

I bought this to replace an old generator because this one has a little more wattage and it is dual fuel. Very simple set up. Attached wheels and rubber feet, added oil and gas and it was ready to go. It took a few tries to start. The remote starter fob worked great. It cranked intermittently until it started. Apparently, the automatic choke worked fine, and it ran great. Plugged in some lights and small power tools and they ran, no problem.

We recently purchased this generator after our old generator was struggling during a 3 day power outage after the last Houston hurricane. After receiving it, it was easy to assemble and started right up when hooking up to propane. It looks very high quality and gives us added comfort that we will be better off when the next power outage comes our way.

I bought this generator to back up my home during power outages since I live in a hurricane prone state. The advantages of having a dual generator are amazing. This Gen has all the features I wanted on my other generators. Has fuel gage and data center. Also it is very simple to set up and maintenance is a breeze. It's heavy duty and well engineered.

You will not find a better generator, with more power, more features, for a better price period! The remote start and 'Smart Switch' ready is awesome! The noise level was as expected with this size generator, and dual fuel is a huge bonus. I only wish they made a tri-fuel add-on

Admittedly, I'm still in the break-in period, so I haven't put it to the full test yet. It starts like a champ though. Assembly was super easy. I did change out the wheels because I don't like the foam ones it comes with, they're no good for anything. I had them ready to go when it was delivered, so I just put them on instead. I had a little difficulty finding the right fitting to connect it to my 150lb propane tank, but that's sorted now. I gotta say, I'm actually looking forward to the power going out so I can run this beast!

Absolutely amazing generator. Starts on the first push of the start button. The key fob works great from inside my home. I have a 1400 square foot home with a 2.5 ton unit and this generator handles it all. It's a little noisy but quieter than what you would expect from a generator this size. It's heavy but easily movable once you install the wheels. I couldn't be happier with this generator!!!

The 9500 dual fuel gen set arrived in excellent condition. The manual and set up papers were comprehensive, an enabled even the person with a limited mechanical knowledge to set up & run this machine. The Hz / volt meter/ Hr meter was a very useful feature. The addition of "key fob" remote starting was a novel feature for an outdoor gen set. Starts quick! an all around good-running & looking machine!

We bought our generator 2 weeks ago. So far so good. It handles our food trailer needs. We have a conventional over, freezer, refrigerator, and AC that is operable with the generator. Also the remote start that comes with it is an added bonus for start and shut down.

I bought this generator because it had the power I need, dual fuel, and easy to transport with wheels. I use it to power our cabin in the mountains. It is not too loud and we keep it in a ventilated part of our shed with exhaust venting to outside. We switch it on when our power goes out. Low snow pack and hotter drier summers means less water for hydroelectric.
