After being in so many power outage due storms ( Derecho) my husband decided to get this unit. Out the box is easy to put together and use the remote start is a charm. We try to run the air conditioner and some appliances fridge and worked fine Now we are looking to put an inlet box so we can connect to the panel so we dont have cord running through windows or doors. Overall is a great investment

Just received the generator, haven't had the chance to use, (bought because we lose power every year due to hurricanes) but I can say that it is definitely quality built. Everything looks perfect and very well made. I have no doubts about this unit lasting a good while. Instructions are easy to read, setup is straight forward.

I've now had this generator for 2 years. Bought it for several reasons, main one was to provide home with power in event of power outages. It does that very well. Also this will power my 240v welder if I'm doing a project away from the house. Get yourself a whole house transfer switch installed to safely use this to power your home.

Bought it a while back, but finally had the electrician come out to install the transfer switch. He took one look and awed at the unit. State of the art, well built, and lots of power. Cranks up right way and is not too noisy. I'm getting a 5 ft lpg tank to go with it, and I'm good to go for a while. Highly recommend this one, and it's a brand you can trust.

I bought this in June of 2021 and received it in August of 2021. I have lots of older trees around the house and above ground power lines, so its nice to have. The quality of the generator parts seems great, but the frame welds and finish could use improvement. The hole that the wheel bolt goes through had some burs that prevented the bolt from going through. A quick filing removed the burs, but for this price, it seems like the quality should be better. That's my only complaint! I'd give it an A-

This purchase is my second 9500DF. I purchased my first one a year ago and could not be more pleased. I run it on Propane. My neighbor had purchased another brand of the same size generator and was very unhappy with it. It would never start. After he saw how reliably the 9500DF started he sold his and purchased a 9500DF. Ed

I bought the generator as a backup for our home during power outages. The generator arrived quickly and requires very little assembly. I was able to gas up the generator and it started right up. All the instructions needed to operator the generator are on the generator itself so it makes it easy.

Bought to have in case of extended power outage as I live in the country. I think this will run almost everything in my house except heat pump. Came in faster than I expected, wheel kit was easy to install, started up with no problem. Nothing looks cheap on this generator. Built very strong.

I bought this generator in March 2021 after extensive research. The unit was well packaged and easy to assemble. The unit started with one push of the key fob that had been linked from the factory. I have only started this WGEN9500DF without a load. The unit was much quieter than I anticipated for a generator of this size. I am very pleased with this product. it is full of useful features I highly recommend this product.

I unboxed it, I put The wheels on and then it started right up. I started it with gas then I started it with the propane then I paired the remote starter pad pretty easy right now I'm looking forward to using it for power outage and recreational purposes.
