Just arrived today. Shipping was super fast. Item arrived on a pallet. Box was a little beat up and the orange cover for the propane inlet was cross threaded or took a hit in shipping but I am very impressed with the overall product. It is remarkably well built with great features. Almost can't wait to lose power to try it out,

I bought this item in June 2021. It shipped without damage and the instructions and features are well written and easily understood. If I had a complaint it would be the time it took to arrive at my home. I ordered the product June 8, 2021 but it did not arrive until July 16, 2021. (no biggy though)

We bought this about a month ago in preparation for hurricane season power outages and although we haven't had to use it yet, we tested it out to make sure it worked okay. This generator is very simple to start up using gasoline. We also tried natural gas which worked well so long as your NG pressure is high enough. We like the features of this generator and how it starts up with a push of a button. We look forward to connecting it to our breaker box to make any future outages a breeze. The wheels are also a nice touch, making for easy transport.

Purchased not knowing a SUPER SNOW STORM was coming just after delivery of my generator. Although I did not have time for whole house installation, I was able to use the extension cords for most items for survival. The generator was a snap to set up and get running.

Purchased generator to use in conjunction with Generlink 40 Amp transfer switch to power house during electrical outages. The generator's 9500 running watts, electric start, 240 volt 50 amp outlet, and main breaker switch made this generator well suited for the job.

This generator is great. Good quality, great price. Got it uncreated and assembled. Easy job anyone can do. Added gas, oil and fired the beast up. Fired up after second start cycle. Switched to propane and it started right up. Still in break in period and haven't loaded it up yet. But I have no worries about its ability to handle what I can throw at it. I installed solar at my home and use batteries as a backup. I purchased the generator as a secondary charging source for the batteries. Solar works great but there are still times when conditions do no permit recharging the batteries.

This product surpassed my expectations because of how everything is laid out and how easy it is to set up and get started. The key fob is also nice because I can stop the generator without having to physically go to it. Great product but with confidence.

My last generator died after 17 years and three hurricanes later. I spent some time researching new generators and am extremely pleased that I settled on the WGen9500DF. I like the dual fuel feature, as now I am prepared better to have both fuel types on hand. In fact, I may purchase a 100 LB LP tank for the unit. This unit has a 50 Amp plug, so I have plenty of power to run items in my home. I also like the display on the unit so I can keep track of voltage and run time for maintenance. The unit has remote auto start. It's nice but not considered a necessary.

With everything happening in the world today and especially the recent power outages across the USA, I decided to invest in a generator for my family. We have experienced a recent power outage that lasted 3 hours but it made me think twice about being prepared. I researched several brands and this Westinghouse generator had the most amazing reviews. I can say with confidence that if an EMP were to strike, then I know that we will have enough electricity to power the things that matter most such as our fridge and freezer. It took a long time to get here but it was definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend getting this generator to provide a sense of peace when it comes down to your basic survival preparedness.

We just bought the WGen9500DF and tried it out. We used oil provided and Propane and followed all directions and it started up just fine. We have a 1400 sqft house and it ran 2 friges, tv & wifi device, lights, and our well pump (bogged a little on start up for pump but then fine). We then turned off water pump breaker and with 1 frige running, TV and 3 lights we turned on the Central Air Conditioning system (3 Ton) and although it bogged down a bit with start up, it DID run it! Impressive! That said, we will probably get 1 portable AC Unit just in case. And although its heavy, not hard to move with wheels and handle and not as loud as some I've heard. We also purchased a running cover in case needed during a hurricane. Great Product! Very happy with this purchase. We also tried it
