I bought this a couple weeks ago. It works great, easy to put together and move around. The manual provides good instructions and customer service is responsive with questions. I am happy with this purchase and able to run the main items in my house off this model! I like the blue color too!

We wanted to upgrade from our current 20-yr old generator. We came across this Westinghouse model. It had everything we wanted - more power, dual fuel, and electric start. As a bonus, even though it weighs 200 pounds, it is surprisingly easy to mover around.

My son gave this generator to me for my 70th Birthday. Showed me how to use it and I am so happy for the easy of operation. I took some notes and Test ran the generator on my own. Thank you Westinghouse for such a wonderful easy to operate product!

I bought this a month ago and could not happier. After the most simple assembly we put the oil in and filled with fuel and it started right up with just a push of a button. We ran it for awhile as per the instructions and then added load to it. I must say it did not skip a beat. I feel so much better now that I bought this generator and I am so much more prepared. This Gen is the best reviewed and best price for this size that I could find. Shipping was a month to get it. It was worth the wait. It arrived in perfect shape. Easy to get ready to run. Started up on first try. Ran smooth. Not too loud for a big generator. Very happy. You will be too.

I purchased this 9500DFc generator for my home as an insurance of power loss during a Florida storm. Had an electrician install connection to my house to provide total power if needed. Very pleased with product and ease of mind that it provides my family - thanks.

I bought this generator to prepare for the hurricane season here in Florida. Last season neighbor let me use his as I didn't have one and it was amazing. I pulled the plug and bought one for myself. It is a bit loud compared to the inverter ones I'm used to but it does the job. The dual fuel is amazing. Remote start is an amazing feature as well.

Just bought this dual fuel generator to pair with a new home transfer switch. It has all the bells and whistles to make the Westinghouse 9500DFc the perfect choice. The 120/240 L14-30 outlet should adequately power my deep well 240 pump. Generator includes a built-in battery charger and a remote electric start switch.

I bought it a month ago immediately after Hurricane Beryl and just completed all neccessary actions to prepare my home for running off of portable generator power. Yesterday I tested it and it managed to keep lights, fridge and 5T HVAC (with soft start installed) up and running without any issues. I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. Have used it a couple times with gas and with propane and it ran flawlessly. The generator start with a press of a button and also using the fob which I love. Ran our RV like a dream. This is a high quality unit. I know the generator will not let me down in a emergency situation especially since I live in FL and we have hurricane season ever year!!!
