Purchased this as a backup generator. Wanted one that would store without fuel in the tank. Ran it for several hours on propane without a problem. Starts easy. Remote seems like a gimmick to me, the battery switch must be on to use it, will probably never get used. Had to get this before my liberal governor banned them entirely.

Bought this as an emergency power supply for my home. Upon unpackaging, I instantly noticed the build quality of this generator. Seems to be well assembled using good quality parts. Hopefully I never need to use it, but I'm confident that it won't let me down based on the quality and the positive online reviews.

Purchasing a generator is quite a learning experience if you don't know much. The generator was the easy part, I knew I wanted dual fuel and something that can run the major items in my home. This generator was a great fit. I had it up and running in about 30 min with gas. I will update the post when I can test with the propane.

Received 9500df generator in excellent shape one day faster than promised. Unit looks great. Assembly was easy. Have not run unit . It will be set up to run on natural gas unless we experience an emergency power outage in which case we will use propane or gasoline.

I bought this generator a couple weeks ago prepapring for the Florida hurricane season. Extremely easy to set up and get going. The electric and remote start work great, and the back up pull star is still an easy pull to get going. The dual fuel capability is fantastic, especially when fuel sources get scarce after a major weather events. Hopefully I won't need it, but its really good to know I have that kind of power source when the lights go out.

We haven't had to use the generator yet, but we did prep it. It is easy to setup. It is a little difficult to install the wheels and I would advise having someone to help. We are using a 50 amp hookup and the cord is very thick. When we try to plug it into the generator, the cord hits the wheel. We are still checking to see if there is a fix for this. Otherwise, it is easy to move and started right away with the electrical start.

I've seen a lot of good reviews and I'm hoping it's a good unit. I haven't ran it yet like the title says but I will soon. You get a bonus product for leaving a review so that's a plus. I'll update my review if when I run the genny it doesn't work properly. The unit is heavy so it seems really well built. Time will tell!

I bought this 9500DF generator a month ago to replace my still good smaller 6500 watt unit. I wanted a generator that would run my whole house with a 4ton A/C unit, during power outages. When I received the unit I ran it on Propane to brake it in, a few days later I put 5 gallons of Gas in and connected it to the house. It did a very good job with no problems, It ran for 6 hours on 5gls gas, max amps with ac running was around 28amps

I purchased about a month ago because of the multiple fuel (gas, propane, natural gas), outlets (20, 30, 50 amps) and start options (pull cord, switch, key fob). Easy assembly and started right up. I hope I never need to use it but a great option to have!

The generator cranked, but there is no power to the AC receptacles. A call was placed to the support number on the front of the generator. The person who answered said they would speak to someone and return the call. The call has not been returned. The trouble shooting section of the booklet says the generator is faulty. I do not know what to do next.
