I have been looking for a larger generator for Florida storm power outages and this 9500 fit the bill. I was impressed by the features and ease of assembly. This generator should easily handle my entire house with the exception of the large AC units. Very happy witht the purchase.

Purchased to power my home appliances, lighting, pool equipment for 2500sqft Florida home. Easy to startup and runs consistently smooth, plenty of clean power for my entire home electrical system. Fantastic generator to own. I run on LP and is much easier to store tanks and battery charger is a plus

I bought it 4 months ago. So far there was no power outage so I did not need to use it for powering my house. I use a gasoline for it. I start and run it from time to time to let it work and use it's power for outdoor light and leaf blower. One of many great futures is a remote start/stop and another is possibility of using three fuel. It is not hard to move it around thank to solid, big handle and good wheels.

I just received this generator to be able to provide backup power to our house. The generator was packaged well. It was easy to put together and once I added the oil (included) and gasoline it fired right up. I can't comment on longevity or power yet. So far everything is good.

After hurricane helene, I decided it was time to invest in a generator. I love that this has the option of two fuel types which helps my chances of staying powered on when gasoline can get sparse like it did during the hurricane. I haven't used it yet but the packaging was spot on and the build quality makes you really feel like this thing will last forever.

My wife has COPD and is on O2 24/7. Any power outage is problematic for us. I am 87 years old and can no longer use our current generator which has a pull start. This unit was suggested by a friend and we are very pleased with it's construction and how compact it is. Very surprised at the sound level which is much less than I expected. Also like the fact that it is dual fuel.

i recently purchased the WGen9500 to plug into my house. Although i wasn't sure it could handle it, i was pleasantly surprised i found i can run all my house circuits, with the exception of the GeoThermal system (which i didn't expect it too). I even ran my microwave. it setup easily and starts right up. Very nice system so far!

I bought this generator when we lost power for 10 days after Hurricane Beryl. So happy I did as it was easy to set up and start. Plus it was powerful enough to run my house air conditioner or my pool equipment. We were able to stay put in our home very comfortably throughout the 10 days. Loss of power doesn't worry me anymore

My family was out of power for 11 days due to Hurricane Helene. We did get some relief with a 3500 watt generator but it was clear we needed bigger. After things settled down I bought the WGen9500TFc and ran a 6/3 wire to my panel box so I can plug in and power my entire house. Highly recommend this product due to reliability so far and ease of use.
