I just purchased the Wgen9500DFc. It's a very nice generator. Electric start is much appreciated. I had a little trouble getting it running with propane initially but I let it sit overnight and it started and ran fine today. I need to test it under load, but this has to wait for a few days.

Purchased to replace a 5500kw generator. the power allows me to run my water heater along with other appliances. Set up took about 20 minutes. What I like about this purchase. Easy setup, very clear directions and maintenance instructions, multiple warning placards to warn you to make sure a step is completed, a small tool set, oil included, well packaged, dual fuel capability. Easy to maneuver once wheels are on. Unit was smaller than I expected, the fold down handle is very comfortable.

I bought this generator after hurricane Oralia and was ready for Helene. I hooked it up to my 120 gallon lp tank and it ran steady for 6 and a half days I would stop running only long enough to check oil level and change oil(twice). This generator used about 50 gallons of propane for the duration that it ran(6.5 days nonstop). I have no complaints. Especially after talking to people with blown up Firmans and Generals. I'd definitely recommend this unit.

I have owned a portable generator for years and I have been waiting for a powerful dual fuel option. The ability to use LPG is a bonus. It started right up and ran for a 20 minute warmup without a hitch. The remote start and trickle charge plug make the generator ready at a moments notice. My son ordered one a few days after I did.

We bought this in preparation of the hurricane season since our existing generator's gas cap sealed to the tank. This generator has the size and features that we were looking for. It took me about 15 minutes from inside the box to running the other night when our power blinked during hurricane Helene. Love the key fob and the smart switch ready outlet.

I bought the WGen9500TFc generator for backup power should we loose powrer again like we did during Hurricane Helene. I need to provide emergency power to my refrigerator, lights, cell phone chargers and fans if we have another long term power outage. I selected this model due to the tri power source ( gas, propane and natural gas) to power the unit and the high power output. It has multiple electrical outlets and is easy to move around.

The WGen series is built to be used alot and last a long time doing it. It is ergonomically designed with it's features all at hand and ready to go. Although it is a new installation for me I'm not green to arranging back-up power for myself or elderly people. My fifth actually my second personal and three for others with heath problems and medically necessary equipment for survival and function. Testing the Wgen9500Dfc installation ha gone so well the next request to put a back up in place the Westinghouse WGen-DFc series is set as the default anchor of any application.

Just bought this generator. It fired right up the first time I pulled the cord, even though it was very cold outside. Then we used it to run a large sander and the power never faded in and out like with some generators. Very powerful and so far reliable!

I purchased this generator to serve as my primary backup power should our electricity go out. We are prone to electrical failure throughout the year and we are all electric in that we don't have natural gas or propane available so this generator is a much needed stress reliever. It was packaged exceptionally well and I'm looking forward to running it through the paces. Instruction Manual was actually helpful.

Just unboxed and it appears to be well built with lots of thoughtful and useful option. I especially like the battery maintainer for storage. It is a bit loud but similar to other open frame traditional generators. 50 amp plug was what drove me to this model.
