Extremely happy with my wgen9500tfc couldn't ask for a better generator and a better product is top of the line comes with everything even the break in oil and charger for the battery what more can you really ask for. They have a customer for life here.

I bought this a couple of months before hurricane season started but hadn't tried it out until this week when Hurricane Milton came through Florida. My daughter purchased this generator for me after storm Beryl. I was without electricity for 6 days and no water. I live in the woods and I have a well and septic system. I lost all my frozen food and I am in a wheelchair. So when my daughter sent me the generator was excited. The generator can run on propane and/or gasoline. I now have both and I am prepared for the next electricity outage. I will definitely send another review after its first use

Purchased the Westinghouse WGen9500TFc Generator. The remote-electric start is a great feature and works flawlessly. Comes with a on board battery, that's a plus. The 50 amp outlet is a plus as well. It has a 30 amp outlet also. It came fully assembled, just had to add the included oil. I used it for about 35 hours already without any problems. Great purchase!

I ordered the generator. It took about two weeks for delivery. I followed the instructions and ran it for 5 hours and changed the oil for the break in period. Everything worked great. I have not used it in an emergency yet, but it gives me a piece of mind knowing I will not go without electricity in an power out situation.

Just purchased this for power outages. Setup was easy. Electric start worked like a champ, tried to start 3 times on propane then it fired right up. Very happy with this purchase,piece of mind I'll have it if I need it. Dual fuel flexibility is also an awesome perk

Use our Westinghouse WGen9500DF following hurricane Milton for 31 continuous hours and it performed flawlessly. Provided necessary power to essential appliances, lighting and outlets throughout our home via exterior power in connection and manual transfer switch installed on breaker panel per electrical code requirements. Recommend customers install a soft starter on their AC compressor if you want generator to run AC.

We originally got a gasoline Royobi 4000 generator, but ended up switching it out with this. Got the gas line hooked up and break in period went smoothly. Next day we lost power in the morning and it took less than 5 minutes to wheel it out, hook up to quick connect gas and connect in for power. So far its great and exactly what we were hoping for
